Shop and staff lovely. Good choice of things for Christmas presents.

Beautiful jewellery and great quality. I have several necklaces and bracelets now, and people often comment on them. The birth stone necklaces are a great gift idea for friends and family. Always great customer service in the shop and never any problems when ordering online either.

I have a few pieces from Wanderlust and they’ve all lasted really well and are such lovely quality. It’s one of the first places I think of when looking for gifts for people also! The shop is so nice to have a browse in too and the staff are really helpful.

I have two necklaces myself, a birthstone and a gold disc that I wear together and get lots of compliments about both.
I have also bought necklaces and rings as presents for friends and family and they have loved them.
It’s great value for money and a good price point for presents. I’m really happy we have such a lovely jewellery shop inn our village.

I was thrilled to hear you do refurbs as I'd broken my dalmatian fine cord necklace, and my birthstone bracelet. Once repaired they felt brand new again. The staff in the shop were very friendly and helpful and I will definitely be back

Amazing brand, their jewellery is absolutely gorgeous and such great quality. I have so many of their pieces and love them all! It's the only jewellery I wear. They've completely stood the test of time - in both quality and timeless style. Cannot recommend this brand enough!

I'm really disappointed with the quality of the gold vermeil used on the rings. Within two weeks, my ring quickly tarnished and lost its gold look, leaving silver beneath - not what I had originally thought the ring was going to look like. Since this ring was brought as an 18th birthday present, I was really upset to have to return it for a full refund.

I didn't expect the ring to tarnish so quickly and I thought it would have more resistance to hand washing/soaps.

The supportive customer service made for an extremely positive online shopping experience. I wish all such experiences could be as stress free and pleasurable.

ApplePay system does not work as the address fields are not aligned with Apples default, meaning to get it to work you have to type a random number or word into the field that is broken. Fed back but was told "we can't change that" - given it's the only site I use ApplePay with that does not do this they likely need a new developer. Add to that we bought this as a graduation present and it's not arrived - likely because it was sent cheapo post as I used a free delivery code, so to save 50p their side still don't have 4 days after ordering. Last time I get anything from here. After this who cares what the earrings look like.

Edit after response. My daughter loves the earrings although we sent after the graduation due to post. Your form is mapped wrong to Apple Pay. It's an easy fix. Being a "small" business does not negate the need to listen to and act on customer feedback - more so in fact.

Beautiful jewellery, lovely customer service and great prices. I have purchased so many of the birthstone necklaces as gifts and everyone has loved them. I also have one and people always comment on how beautiful. I love this shop!
