Some very unique classy items, seriously my go2 place i dont wear much asian clothes but the clothes on this site are just modest classy and in trend, to even wear with leggings etc. Iv ordered a few... Voir plus
Terrible customer service. They sent me an order that was different to the picture on the website. Tried to contact them for return and refund. No replies. Be warned when purchasing goods from them.

I’ve used Want That Suit a number of times in previous years and always received my order in reasonable time.
Unfortunately I tried to order for last Eid (ordered 12/04/23). I’ve left it long enough before writing them a bad review. I didn’t receive my order nor received a refund despite emailing them a number of times. Their phone number doesn’t work either. They could at least give an explanation. Seems like this has happened to someone else here too. Crooks! I will happily delete this review if they respond and given me a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Never recieved a refund and had no Eid suit either...
Ordered a suit on the advice from the sales team after telling them my sizing, and they told me to order a small. Which I did it arrived and didn't fit therefore I asked for a refund for that and ordered a new one off the website hoping to get it in time for eid and they messaged and said they couldn't send it on time and that they would refund me. They refunded me for. The one that never arrived and then I asked about returning the one that had arrived that was the wrong size as I had no money and nothing for eid either now and Neelam told me don't worry as compensation and out of generosity she would refund me for the dress without having to send it back. So I didn't send it back and it's lying there and never recieved the refund either. And I have emailed them a few times I would attach screenshots if I could so don't be fooled underneath where they are saying communication it's gaslighting their customers I have emailed a few times now asking where that refund is and it's now approaching next eid just shocking. I think they have also blocked me as can't WhatsApp either.

Customer Service At Its Worst!!!
I ordered 2 items which were 2 big and 1 was see through so I asked for an exchange.Neelam took 3 days to reply and I was told I had to return within 7 days.They got the items and I had to email 2 times to get my items.It took them a week to send my exchange items to me. Even then she sent me the wrong item. 2 weeks later she emailed me to ask if everything is OK. When I told her she had sent me the wrong item she asked me to send a copy of the email. I sent her the email and I never heard from Neelam again!!!

Some very unique classy items
Some very unique classy items, seriously my go2 place i dont wear much asian clothes but the clothes on this site are just modest classy and in trend, to even wear with leggings etc. Iv ordered a few times and honestly the service has been great via email etc any Qs and query is looked into asap. Just brilliant, also iv recieved exactly what iv seen on site 100% n great quality stuff at excellent prices.
