Something about this feels sketchy, dishonest and overall very unprofessional

I just had an intro call with a male rep who said he was the owner. Egotistical, condescending and one major jerk. When I first started the call with asking if he saw my order volume per month, he snapped back apparently he emailed requesting it but I never responded. Which was a lie.

When asking what would happen if an order was never processed or picked up by the mail carrier but the team states it was picked and packed and the customer is claiming they never received it, he gave a very disgusted look at me. That if it’s a reoccurring problem that employee would get into trouble however if it was a one time issue he would never get an employee into trouble for the client over a small issue like this. If the client ( with an emphasis ) causes a big deal about this like you, I’ll just give you $20 out of my pocket if that’ll make you happy.
He never answered my actual question and that was not my question. “Will the employee get into trouble or get fired over this”

Why in the world would anyone risk working with a company like this.

I don’t recommend this company at all especially based on the ‘owner’s’ responses.
Something about this feels sketchy, dishonest and overall very unprofessional.

The Best Decision We Made for Our Operations

We have been working with Warehut for a couple of months now. Seamless onboarding from day one, and the app is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. The team has been very willing to solve unique challenges specific to our business. Orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately, communication is clear, and their team is consistently responsive and reliable. Unlike other 3PLs, there is always someone available to text directly who actually responds, which makes a huge difference. They’ve made our operations significantly more efficient and stress-free.

As a small business, in hindsight, I waited a couple of years too long to start using a 3PL. Warehut has truly given me my time back, allowing me to focus on growth and maintain a better work-life balance. Highly recommend.

Reliable 3PL Partner During Our Growth Phase

As a premium performance sportswear brand operating internationally, fulfilment accuracy, speed, and communication are critical for us. Warehut consistently delivered on these areas. Spirit Airlines of Warehouses

Substandard experience. Everything ends up much more expensive than what is originally quoted. It feels like the spirit airlines of warehouses where the advertised price is a marketing gimmick and then standard services are charged at premium prices.

Beware of Warehut

I had an introductory call with a representative named M.W., and the entire experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. He was noticeably rushed and somewhat rude from the start. There was no proper introduction, no explanation of their services, how they charge, or what to expect — just straight into numbers that later turned out to be incomplete.

He repeatedly emphasized $1.99 per order, but conveniently left out that this only applies to the first 100 orders. After that, the price jumps to $3.00 per order, which I only learned after asking multiple times. When I asked him if there was anything else I should know, he literally responded along the lines of:
“Well, if you don’t ask, I won’t tell you. I’m not here to explain things unless you ask.”
That alone was a huge red flag.

He also mentioned they have 23 warehouses, but never clarified that these are micro-warehouses operated independently, not facilities owned or managed by them. That changes the entire value proposition — yet it was never disclosed.

Overall, the call felt like things were being hidden on purpose, and the rep wasn’t transparent or professional. It came across as too good to be true until you dig deeper yourself. Sharing this so others can be aware before signing up or wasting time.

Reliable, responsive, and truly supportive team

Our experience with Warehut has been excellent. The entire team has been patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping us streamline our operations. Their warehouse setup works seamlessly for our needs, and they’ve become an integral part of how we run our business.

Communication has always been prompt and clear — whether it’s Michael and the team coordinating integration, or Joy & Jerry ensuring everything stays on track, we’ve always felt well taken care of. It’s rare to find a service partner this dependable and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Grateful to have found WareHut

We were WareHut customers for a little over year, starting around mid-2024, and we only recently paused with them as our business no longer needs 3PL services. Throughout this period, we were extremely happy customers and felt taken care of by our shippers, Joel and Janine, as well as by the actual WareHut team (Michael, Jack, et al) who consistently went above and beyond. Overall, we were very glad to have found them and felt the pricing for our relatively low monthly volume was extremely reasonable.

Highly recommend if you're a small business looking to sell in the US

I had an awesome experience fulfilling my product with Warehut. They made it possible for me to sell throughout the US and Canada whilst living in a foreign country. All my orders went out on time and the whole platform was very easy to use. The support was always quick and I never had a question that wasn't go answered. If you're a small business looking to set up a base in the US I would highly recommend Warehut.

One of Warehut’s remarkable features is their onboarding process, got us setup in no-time. We were assigned a wonderful assistant that we had access to at all times. Also, we really appreciate the transparency on pricing, no hiddes fees or anything. Regarding the shipping itself, the warehut we were assigned was characterized by great communication and effeciency. I’d highly recommend Warehut to any small business owner.

Great Experience for a small seller.

I've had a great experience with Warehut so far. They've been fast to answer and work with me on any of my needs or concerns. The customer service is fast and fantastic and you never feel like you're one of a zillion unimportant clients. It's especially a great starting point for smaller companies looking to get started that might not have the means or inventory to work with a huge 3PL. And Mike and Joy are super easy to work with.

I’m really disappointed

I’m really disappointed in my experience with Warehut.

First, they gave me the impression that their shippers were experienced professionals. In reality, most are just individuals storing inventory in their homes. I had to switch shippers because one of them became unavailable due to illness. That’s when I realized how risky this setup was. My entire inventory was dependent on a single person. When my shipper got sick, my inventory was stuck for a full week while they scrambled to find a replacement. This is not how a reliable logistics service should function.

I run a small business selling vintage clothing, where each piece is unique and has its own SKU. They initially offered low prices and assured me they worked with vintage resellers like myself. Unfortunately, I didn't have a formal agreement outlining specific costs. The only terms I accepted were through their app, which did not provide any pricing details.

Three months in, they suddenly introduced a new pricing structure, charging $1 per SKU for storage alone, on top of all the other fees. Which means for my business model $1 per item for storage! This would have drastically increased my costs. Additionally, they charged $50 per hour to "organize" inventory that was already pre-packed and labeled, plus an extra $0.25 per marketing insert.

When I decided to leave, they offered to waive the new storage fee but instead introduced a $50 per hour charge for any communication with my shipper and a $5 fee for a single inventory photo. These additional costs felt completely arbitrary.

Despite not having a warehouse or staff, their pricing far exceeds industry standards. I have since moved to a more professional and affordable fulfillment service that provides clear, upfront pricing with a locked-in agreement.

Beware of Warehut’s Business Model

At first, Warehut seems like a great option with its low prices and unique approach of not using a traditional warehouse. However, once you’ve committed and sent them your entire inventory, they increase prices, leaving you stuck with them.

What seemed like a smart alternative quickly turns into a major liability. Since they don’t have a traditional warehouse setup with multiple employees, you’re completely dependent on a single person to ship your inventory. If that person gets sick, goes on vacation, or simply quits, your entire business is at risk. There’s also no guarantee that this person is a professional shipper. My assigned shipper was just someone looking for paid gigs, also working as an Uber driver, who decided to set up a "warehouse" in his house.

In hindsight, it’s much safer to work with a traditional warehouse that has a team in place to ensure reliability and stability. I wouldn’t recommend Warehut to any business owner who values consistency and control over their inventory.

Really pleased with my experience using Warehut

Really pleased with my experience using Warehut. I needed a US-based 3PL that could work with my relatively small brand (normally fewer than 100 orders per week, although sometimes more during sales and holidays).

I booked a video call (which turned out to be with one of the founders of the company, which was cool) and they asked me lots of questions about my products, sales channels, customers, storage needs, and packaging, then emailed me a quote showing everything I would be paying for. After I decided to go with Warehut, the profile setup and inbound order notification processes were straightforward, all up less than a day of my time.

Since then it's been a breeze. My shipper is a small 3PL in Arizona who is very good. They haven't missed any orders and are quick to respond and helpful whenever I need to contact them (normally just to coordinate stock deliveries). The total fulfillment cost including the label is better or a few cents off all the other quotes I received. Really satisfied.

Warehut and the local shipper they have…

Warehut and the local shipper they have connected me with have been a major piece in the growth for my company. Starting a brand new company can be challenging especially trying to handle everything yourself. Shipping orders takes up a much larger chunk of your time than you might expect. That is valuable time you need to manage and grow your business/product awareness. I had shopped around for some of the large fulfillment companies but they were not a good fit for my product and communication was a challenge even before becoming a customer. I needed someone local who who could accommodate my method of resupplying inventory. Everything with Warehut has been simple and flexible to meet my needs, not the other way around. Trust me, you will have a problem with an order and you will want someone you can get ahold of that is actually in the building touching your inventory. That is exactly what you get with Warehut. They will work with you to make sure they find a local shipper and shipping/return method that fits your business because they can partner with a local shipper. It is not a one size fits all warehouse you have to design your operation around. I would absolutely recommend Warehut to anyone looking. They have allowed me to scale without adding headcount earlier than necessary.

Great micro 3PL for our ecommerce brand.

Warehut has been a great micro 3PL for our pet toy & pet accessory brand. Far better than our old one who lost our stock and then made it hard for us to leave. Warehut matched us with a very professional small warehouse in Ohio who have been great fulfillment partners.

We have been working with the Warehut team for a few months now and they are one of the most communicative groups we know. The app is user-friendly, the team is always open to suggestions and the process is simple. Would highly recommend working with this company as a 3PL/4PL or as a vendor!
