Unlike the other reviews I haven’t a problem and am pleased with this heater. For such a small heater it warms my 15foot x 11foot room up quickly, actually within 15 mins. I’m not sure yet about the... Voir plus

I've seen the negative comments and…
I've seen the negative comments and sorry for what happened with your product. I would like to give my experience to those who were scammed. I looked on Google for Warmool and clicked the link with "sponsored" above it. I started getting messages that Google automatically sent to spam. So I thought again and came off that website and looked further down the list until I came to Warmool (without sponsored above it.) I ordered one and 11 days later, I got my Warmool and it works as it should. It is quite powerful and I'm pleased with it. Again sorry for those people.
Questionable advertising?
My experience is with the actual advertising. Why? Well I was considering purchasing this with after watching the video that appeared on YouTube explains how this was developed by technicians is Scandinavia for the harsh winters there. Then just by chance I see another video with exactly the same looking product but this time called Smart-Eco. Even the box it comes is looked the same apart from the different name, however this advert seemed to show the developers of the product appeared to be heating engineers in the UK, certainly not the same as those on the Warmool advert. Then looking at other reviews on here confirmed my suspicions. I'd love to know the true version.
Scammed!
Scammed!! What a complete waste of money. DON'T BUY unless you're happy to throw your money down the drain. Just a fan heater. Noisy and inefficient. Worked once then stopped. I didn't bother to check the fuse as, if it had blown, what was wrong with the heater to make it blow. Adverts purporting to be reviews are fake. DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT. TYPICAL CHINESE RUBBISH.
Don't get fleeced…
This little heater is attractive and will warm up a room, however it is nowhere near value for money at £59 which, apparently is half price. You will be able to get a similar heater on Amazon for less than £20. During my test it cost approx 0.45p to run for an hour. This is the same as other electric heaters that I have, so no saving there. In terms of it being silent, it just hums away like other similar heaters, so not silent at all.
As I say, it is an attractive little heater but nowhere near VFM.
Fake, scam. And all of the rest
The inventory in the video. Seems to be the same inventor of many other heaters. All saying the same. All claiming the same. Is it energy effiencent like they claim, he'll no. Uses more electric than two wall mounted electric heaters used together. Is the inventor real. Still no. It's a cheap Chinese product. You get from places like wish, alibarba, and temu. It's just an way overpriced drop shipping scam. Over 40 pounds on the site. And under 4 pound from the sites.
Lovely heater - just a question mark over claims
I really like this little heater and find it very effective. I'm surprised there are so many bad reviews. I take one to work with me and/or move around the house, and the other to help air my laundry. It heats up a room almost instantly (even a large one) and stays cool to the touch as does the plug. I've dropped one star because the heater can only be set to 'on or off' - there's no thermostat like my Dimplex so I wouldn't leave it to do it's own thing.
I bought the heaters for the size/convenience rather than the claims but I was obviously influenced by them before buying. I read several reviews before purchasing the heaters which I had no reason to disbelieve. I know there are cheaper versions available on Amazon but decided to purchase them directly from Warmool rather than risk a copy. Maybe I 'have' been scammed which is disappointing, but for me, the heaters work well. The only question mark is their impact on my electricity bill but as I can't afford to have the central heating on much, the Warmool is a compromise. It's small enough to pop in my rucksack and works for me.
This product is being mis-sold
This product is being mis-sold. The company are based in Hong-Kong and not under EU, UK or Western customer rights.
They mislead me and changed their returns policy from 30 days to 14 days. The company, their products and their services appear to be fraudulent.
The same item being sold on Amazon and other sites £17 - £23; for 1/4 of the price Warmool are charging. A flimsy heater. Did not heat up my space, very poor quality, and honestly looks unsafe to use. Have lost £59. Don't do the same. Avoid this heater, Warmool company, and any company selling this heater. Do not waste your money.
I was intrigued by the advert on Duolingo. Sadly... it's a SCAM
I was intrigued by the advert on Duolingo.
Apparently, a "Dr James Mitchell" invented this amazing device when things went wrong at an Antarctic research station. It had a photo of a guy in snow, pointing at frozen stuff. I kind of fell for it.
Turns out it's a £20 1200w fan heater, from China. Turns out googling "Dr James Mitchell" +"Antarctic" yields precisely zero useful results.
"warmool" +"scam" yielded lots of results.
Turns out warmool is a scam that's been going on for five+ years under different names.
Very glad I checked out Trust Pilot anyway.
on Amazon: "1200W Fan Heater Portable Electric Heaters,Ceramic Plug in Heater, Electric Fan Heaters Low Energy Silent,Space Heater Multiple Protection,2 Modes Adjustable Thermostat for Office, Home and Bedroom"
It's EXACTLY the same product.
Disappointing
It takes a long time to warm a room, works in seconds must mean it comes on when you press the switch, to be honest it doesn't warm the room much at all and it isn't very economical as claimed, my smart meter went immediately up a full sector as soon as I turned it on. I bought it to replace an old small fan heater, unfortunately this is nowhere near as good as the fan heater and it isn't as economical because you have to use setting 2 (1200) to get any kind of warmth from it, also because of the anti tip over button on the bottom you can't put it down on the floor if it is carpeted and the flex is much too short, I am really disappointed with it
Beware Scammers on Facebook
The bad reviews on this TrustPilot site have put me off buying a Warmool. Another example of the scammers on Facebook attempting to fool people into buying a dodgy product.

I just got a dodgey ai generated ad for warmool, making ludicrous claims about cost efficiency. Electric heaters convert power directly into heat, you get exactly the heat out that you put in no matter the technology. Scam!

I’ve just bought one and so far I’m really impressed with it. I have a fairly small living room and it’s keeping me very warm. It’s quiet, small and does the job. I can’t understand why people are giving it such bad reviews. I’ve only had it for 1day so I may be proved wrong. If I am I’ll 100% repost another review
It does NOT heat a room!!
There is a good reason why this is not advertised on mainstream tv. It’s because of outrageous claims which are not allowed!
Let’s also be clear it was NOT invented by a couple of genius engineers, Space heaters have been around for years
I bought one in The Far East for £8 and it’s 5 times more effective than Warmool.
This is a con in every respect.
I would like to add an important point
These heaters are erroneously called SPACE heaters. In fact they are anything but.
They use infrared to heat a person or , at best, a couple directly in front of it.
The room is barely heated and as soon as you switch it off the room will feel as cold as before.
I was well and truly scammed....
I was well and truly scammed....I am an OAP so thought this heater would save on heating bills...when it arrived I just knew that it was not the real thing...no thermostat for starters and cheap plastic casing....WARMOOL written on the front just made me even more suspicious as I'd never seen this before!!....all very disappointing and I'm now not looking forward to a cold winter..
Thank goodness for Trustpilot
Thank goodness for Trustpilot. I was about to buy a Warmool heater, then thought to check on Trustpilot first. With all these negative reviews I’ve avoided spending money on a poor product.
Not recommendable
Board 2 and cannot say I'm convinst. The statement - very quiet, is right of a ly. The heat near by the heater is fair - but warming up 20 m2 within minutes - is simply a ly to

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Ordered 3 as reviews were amazing.
My hairdryer warms a room quicker than the warmool. So dissapointed. You have to sit with it no more than 5 inches from you to feel the 'heat'
100% money back gaurantee is a joke as you have to pay for it's return
I advise anyone considering this as an option DO NOT WASTE YOIR MONEY.
I will be returning mine at my expense and can only hope my refund is forthcoming.
Total false advertising
Total false advertising. SCAM in all honesty with false advertising. There site doesn't even give any technical information whatsoever, on on power output. Simple....DO NOT BUY !!!
