Totally stress free boiler replacement.
From start to finish the Warmzilla experience has been top class. The initial on line survey to choose which boiler would be most suitable was straightforward and user friendly. The phone contact I had with the Warmzill office was clear and helpful. I was amazed at how quickly they could deliver and install. On the installation day both delivery and engineer arrival were well inside the window stated. The delivery men were helpful and friendly, the engineer was excellent. He did a very good job (10/10) and explained everything about the paperwork and operation of the boiler. Thank you Warmzilla, I will definitely use your services in the future and will happily recommend you to anyone in need of your services.

Genuinely might be the best boiler company in the country. I had 10+ people tell me the job wasn’t possible due to a flue issue. Warmzilla came up with a solution instantly and fit it basically no time later. I’m still in shock by how smooth things went. 100% recommend

WORCESTER BOSCH Boiler Service
Have had Boiler cover with different providers for the past 40 years. I can honestly say this first service with Warmzills was the most thorough and best service of all. The Servicing Engineer Kabir Ahmed Tahir was very good, knowledgeable and most helpful. I would recommend both Warmzills and the Service Engineer.

Excellent service and kept abreast of all arrangements.. Liam was super helpful. Boiler installed on the agr ed date, the engineer was considerate and ensured everything went smoothly, a nice chap and once he finished showed us all the controls etc and cleared up after the job. A very delightful experience and everything is up and running as it should.
Recommend highly, with different options to pay and Warmzilla are a truly competitive company with great customer service.

Fantastic service from initial contact to boiler installation, thank you to Liam i enquired with a few companies online and he was the only person to follow up the enquiry with a polite phone call, explained the process fully with no pressure to go with WarmZilla.
The new boiler was fitted on the arranged day without any problem, a huge thank you to Scott who installed the boiler ably assisted by his college on the day. All the work was carried out in a very caring and professional manner.
I would have no hesitation recommending WarmZilla absolutely top class.

We had outdated gas piping in our …
We had outdated gas piping in our house whch meant delaying the installation until we had arranged for builders to make a channel in concrete for the new gas pipe. Warmzilla liased with us while we conducted the work. The Warmzilla gas fitter had given us clear instructions on creating the concrete channel. On completion of the building work Warmzilla promptly scheduled a fitting date for the new boiler. The boiler itself is a Worcester Bosch Greenstar and the whole package was very good value for money. I had previously contacted other companies , Boxt and Heatable and I am very glad that I chose Warmzilla over them.

Neglectful Non-Existent Service
I had a new boiler installed by them recently, the filling loop (which is a simple fix) broke within a few months. After alerting them that it needs repaired and the boiler has been flashing warnings, they have neglected to send someone to repair it stating that “the engineer was on holiday for months”. 🤯 As if it’s not possible to find another contractor?? Now it’s been over a month with a broken boiler and no hot water. Abhorrent neglectful service, avoid at all costs.

First of all, we're really sorry for how long it took to get an engineer out to you. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
As we explained, your original installer was away for an extended period over the summer, and unfortunately, our two other engineers in your area were either also on leave or dealing with health issues at the time. It was an unusual and difficult situation, and we're sorry that it affected you.
We do want to clarify one point from your review: we were able to offer you an appointment on July 25th, but unfortunately, you weren’t available on that date.
The appointment we arranged was actually on the same day, the engineer going out of his way to travel outside his usual area. That same day, you had let us know that your hot water had stopped working, though until then, your boiler had still been running.
Again, we're sorry for the inconvenience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff, gave me plenty of information and always replied back with half an hour. Fitter was really nice and showed me how to work the boiler.
