Horrible Customer Service - Inferior quality bat

Their customer service is awful at best. We had an issue with a bat that broke twice in the exact same spot. They offered to replace a 3rd time but that bat shipped with damage to it. They offered to replace a 4th time but it was out of stock. We were told we could choose a different bat or pay for an upgrade - we paid for the upgrade and needed the bat ASAP as our kid was in-season. The GM assured us that she would handle the invoice and overnight shipping so that he would have his bat. WRONG!!! - we still haven't seen the bat! We have been fighting to get him a new bat since 2/9/26 - it's now 3/10/26 and he doesn't have a bat.
They need to follow through on what they promise- they need to respond to emails (they're super slow or just don't respond at all). I've emailed the GM a few times in the last 5 days with zero response!!

Don’t do it!! Send your business elsewhere.

My experience has been awful. I ordered a custom bat for my son at the beginning of July. They say to give them up to 28 business days for production. Ok. So on the 30th business day I reached out for an update. I did get a same day response that they would reach out to the artist for an update. That was last Friday and I’ve followed up twice since. No response. I wanted this bat for Fall baseball. Ordering at the beginning of July should have been more than plenty of time! Even if there IS a delay, people understand that - not responding is just bad business. Do not recommend!!

3 stars because I have purchased 4 bats…

3 stars because I have purchased 4 bats within the last year from Warstic. The first 3 shipped and had a quick delivery - usually delivered 2 days after they sent the “order is processed for shipping” email. However, the 4th bat I purchased I selected priority shipping to make sure it arrived in time because of the time frame we needed to use it. It’s been days now. I’ve tried contacting support and no response. Tried messaging via Facebook and no response. Can’t call because of not finding a number. I want to cancel my order due to the lack of service. We love the bonesaber (obvi since I was buying my 4th one in a year) however, we can always find another bat where the company will at least respond to customers.

But no complaints about the bats at all! My son LOVES it! Just be ok with potentially spending lots of money with a company that doesn’t value customer service. ALSO GET A PHONE NUMBER!!

Absolutely Awful Customer Service, Refuse to Respond Timely

My son used his Warstic Boneasaber bat for less than a year when it developed a rattle. We contacted Warstic customer service and we have been given the absolute run around over whether they will replace it or not for over a month. I still cant get them to do anything - one ay or the other.

First, after a slow response Johnny at Warstic wanted video proving that it had a rattle - so we sent video over in a day with the invoice proving our purchase from JustBats. After no response in a week I reached out, and then Johnny said he needed proof of purchase, I assumed he didnt see it so I sent it again.
No Response from Johnny, so I reached out again. This time Johnny responded claiming I sent the proof of purchase to the wrong email (I simply responded to his email but whatever), so I sent it again to the email he provided, and again no response. I have an email to Johnny still outstanding and I said if you dont timely respond I'll have to leave a review.

Still waiting on a response after sending the proof of purchase 3 times.

Basically Warstic, or at least Johnny, does not want to respond to warranty questions - they just seem to strategically be giving the absolute runaround hoping you go away.

Horrible customer service. Worst I have encountered. Easton, Louisville and Marucci are noteworthy for their amazing with customer service. Not warstic, or at least johnny.

delayed customer service

update, they did end up shipping me new items but some were out of stock. They appear to be willing to make things right but the customer service although polite is very slow. 1-3 communications per week makes it difficult to resolve issues in a timely manner.
The products however are very nice.
Its been three weeks trying to get my package delivered. customer service is one email a day at most with no ability to problem solve the situation. this was a 7 bat order for coaches and a player. season starts in 2 day and were sharing 1 fungo between everyone. If they get their act together and make things right I’ll update my post but im 3 days without a response at this point.

Ordered 2 very expensive bats off their…

Ordered 2 very expensive bats off their website because a friend said they were good. about 2 weeks go by and nothing, I check and apparently there were delivered. I filed a claim with their "insurance" and was denied, tried to ask them for help and they told me to go through insurance. I was run in circles until they told me they could not, and would not do anything. I am currently bank claiming this joke of a company.

If you order something good luck…

If you order something good luck receiving it or any customer service. There is no number for a reason, only thing quick about this company is withdrawing your money for the product, after that good luck. Beware

Not responding to my requests for help…

Not responding to my requests for help after placing my order. Terrible customer service to ignore pleas for communication when they DO NOT have a phone number to reach a human for help! I am extremely frustrated. I need something updated in my order and this is just awful business practice.

10 year old snapped the bat in half

My 10 year old snapped the 2 piece bat in half after 1 season. We have had the bat for 10 months as it was a Christmas present. They refused to do anything for us as it was 1 month past their warranty. The bat was clearly defective as my son weighs 75 pounds. Very disappointed in the service in a $250 bat.

Their customer service is a joke

Their customer service is a joke. We ordered a bat and cannot get a straight answer if it has ever left the warehouse. No tracking info, no humans you can contact, just an email address which goes ignored. They can take a payment just fine but I guess it stops there?

Bat cracked after 43 days

Bat cracked after 43 days. Warstic doesn't have a phone number and its been 7 days since warranty submission and have no idea what Warstic is going to do nor when they are going to do it. Might be the worst turn around to a customer service issue I've ever had and this is for a bat that we have to have to play softball - no other option except to buy another bat in the meantime because my daughter has to have something to play with. Bat only saw 5 at bats before it cracked.

Stay away from these bats!!!!

Stay away from these bats!!!!! The aluminum they use is junk. We have bought bonesaber and Gunner and both have dents all over them in 3-4 games. Not worth the money and warstic won't provide any warranty out of the 9 month window, so if you buy a bat in the off season only use it at the start of the new baseball season then warranty is gone. Warstic said bats will dent and still be usable. Wrong... I'm talking about 8-10 dents all over the barrel of the bat not just 1. Very disappointed
