Both drivers were friendly and helpful
Both drivers were friendly and helpful. My only criticism is it would have been helpful to be given more accuracy over the timing of their arrivals but I understand that is difficult.

Not impressed!!!
The skip arrived on time but the tail gate was badly bent and twisted and couldn't be opened.
Also the skip was in a terrible state with what looked like a thick layer of cement covering most of it.
The guy who dropped the skip placed it in the driveway with very little damage to the trees.
The guy who removed it though has badly damaged one tree.
I won't use that company again.

Special access had to be arranged for delivery and collection but despite checking via phone on the morning of collection that these were in place were not followed. All in all not a good experience
