Avoid this website at all costs! They never ship the goods. It's a scam—they take your money and stop responding to all messages.

Actually I was just taking some of the watches that Simon had repaired that I spent $1,000 on and not a single one of them that he touched keeps good time these are like expensive watches with a value 72 movement and every one of them loses like 10 minutes and 12 hours. I am so disappointed with this company they are so full of baloney seriously don't even think about sending your watch to these clowns and I hate that I'm saying that but they did a really terrible job and and I'm just remembering again that they sent me this watch back three times that didn't even keep time and they were about to just say hey that's just end all this and I said to Joe I said come on when I spent $1,000 to have a watch surface there's an expectation that it can at least keep time. A bunch of Scoundrels stay away

Sacammers void dealing with them. I placed an order on 09/07/25 that never been shipped.Email them about it no response.

duurste Vostok uit de collectie komt kapot aan.
heb 40,- euro voor extra verzekerde verzending van UPS betaald, werd met kapotte doos door DHL bezorgd.
elke email blijft onbeantwoord en vd Vostok service by retailer is niks ondernomen.
wat een slecht bedrijf en een schande - blamage als verkoper vh mooie merk Vostok.
Poolse oplichters, mijn horloge ligt momenteel bij een erkende Nederlandse horloge maker maar naar m'n geld of service kan ik fluiten.

SCAM, avoid. After 2 weeks, parcel is still not with the courier. Called them, "for English press 7" to be picked up by a non-English speaker that hang-up after a phrase in Polish.

I ordered last Saturday an expensive watch from them. I didn't receive any e-mail of confirmation, when I sent e-mail to ask about my order, they sent a link for tracker. Since Tuesday, the tracker shows me UPS doesnt have my parcel. Nobody from Watchard gives me an answer. Very, very disapointed.

I've written to them 5 or 6 times. No answer. I don't recommend them.
