DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The worst communication I have ever experienced from a company! They don’t care about you or the dream family home you are buying. They told us the purchase of our new family home was delayed due to contracts with another company. Two months down the line this process wasn’t completed and now they want over £600 to complete this after us paying the final invoice that we were told
On two occasions included all fees for the services that had been provided to us. We are now being threatened after 4 months and told if we don’t pay this our home isn’t in our name. I repeat again DONT USE THIS COMPANY! utter waste of time and money. And not what you expect from a “local” company

Where do I even start, changing solicitors twice within a year to be told nearly at the end of my case they can’t represent me anymore.. totally incompetent but they made sure they took all the money off my legal aid certificate thought made sure they got paid for the pointless work they did carry out. Was told but the unprofessional staff they didn’t have the staffing to finalise which is probably rubbish with a form of this size. Absolute joke of a company and defiantly wouldn’t use them for family law full stop!! This was the Middlesbrough office. I have made a complaint heard nothing back they are not interested in anything accept taking your money. I was even refused my legal aid certificate until the said staff member went to her boss. It’s mine they can’t do that. Let’s just say I had it within 10 minutes but I’m not allowed it I was told abruptly! Have all emails to prove what I’m saying! After I’ve seen Watson woodhouse reply I have actually complained through the correct procedures and not heard a single thing off them till this reply today!

First visit to Stockton office, excellent Customer Service, Ben Ballantyne assisted with the help I needed very efficiently, he went over and above to help, will be my number 1 choice in my future dealings in Business, reception staff also excellent.
