Absolutely superb experience from start to finish
I received emails from Way Eco Ltd a few times but never did anything with them. Then my unwanted IT equipment mounted up to the point I thought 'let's try them'...I am so glad I did!
My first contact was by phone on 21st December, Nicola was very clear and efficient with what I needed to do. I emailed the information she needed. The next day on the 22nd December I called and spoke to Dom to clarify something, he was equally friendly and helpful and responded straight away to my queries.
The company closed for the Christmas holidays but first thing Tuesday 2nd January 2024, as promised, I received an email from Nicola to start organising the collection - which grew by this point with no issues from Way Eco Ltd, they just needed a list to update the drivers. Nicola arranged the collection for 17th January and nearer the date she contacted me to confirm the date and the rough time the drivers should reach us.
The 17th January arrived, the drivers came and took everything - there was a lot! They were quick, efficient and ever so polite.
All in all a fantastic service, I would recommend Way Eco Ltd and would definitely use them again.

What a great company!
What a great company!! They were kind enough to arrange a courier (free of charge) to collect my old laptops and printer and They have been super helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend using this company. Thank you for all of your help!
