You kept me informed very well at every stage of the process. The order to delivery time was a little longer than I expected but my order arrived safely.
The goods themselves were not at all like they had been advertised. The advertising shows the Christmas baubles as being 3D but when they arrived they were not - just an illuminated card.

The item is a lot smaller than expected.

Basically this is a scam. Pure & simple. According to the rapid updates - “my package “ landed in country and inadvertently went 450 miles the wrong way and has been sitting there since. (A week).

Contacting the company via email - results in replies literally in under 3 minutes giving you a standard almost AI driven spiel in reply. No goods though. Now 16 days over delivery date / time.

Avoid like the plague. Do not buy things off facebook. Memo to self.

Absolutely cheap and tacky rubbish.
For the cost I was expecting something tasteful and of a high quality.
Piece of cardboard with images printed on both sides, placed in a plastic bauble does not equate to 'hand crafted' as stated in the product details on your website.
The items also do NOT glow - there is no light source at all.
I want a refund.

Ordered a xmas projector when watching the video of the product it shows lots of projections on the ceiling.
What you actually get is a small projector with 10 discs each disc has one picture frame (which is absolutely awful )I have been in contact with their customer services whom offered me first 3usd which I refused as I want a full refund ! They came back to me with 5usd which I refused again and told them I want a full refund as they are falsely advertising they come back again with 7usd ( about £5 ) again I have refused I have just received this email

Kindly note that you will be subject to the shipping expenses in returning the order to us.

But, if later you feel that the shipping charge is too high, and not worth it,
you can keep the product, and the compensation we offered can still be made.
I have also refused to do the above as I don't see why the consumer should go through all this hassle when buying something in good faith

Whilst Smaller than expected. Will add a simple touch to our Christmas Display Easily

We ordered two ‘projectors’ for our two grandchildren to display a wonderful Christmas scene, what a disgraceful joke. This was one on the worst cases of misrepresentation that I’ve come across, unfortunately to use the vernacular I would have to use the word ‘scam’. The projector displayed an out of focus Santa or a choice of other out of focus views onto the ceiling. I have emailed the company and other emails provided but surprisingly No Reply. Please don’t waste your time with this appalling company.

The light don't work as advertised, very disappointed with the light, as it does nothing as it was advertised to do, a total misleading sales advert used. 100% con.

Product was exactly as it was described, came well packaged and protected. Would certainly use them again.

I ordered a Christmas seen projecter on Facebook when it arrived it was nothing like the advertised item it is proper poor and not worth the money I’ve complained to wayspath thay have offered me 4usd compensation what a joke it cost me £24.99

Product was very cheap and of very poor quality. The projector isn't very clear with the picture. Delivery was good it's just a shame that the video quality of the product was nothing like the quantity delivered.

I was really disappointed with the Christmas baubles as they looked nothing like they did in the photo's when I ordered them and definitely not worth the price
