Es wird ein Ersteinzahlungsbonus von 300% + 300 FS angeboten der bei der Einzahlung leider nicht aktiviert wird, stattdessen wird ein 200% Guthaben Bonus daraus + 200FS die in 50 FS pro Tag aufgeteilt sind. Ich finde wenn man schon einen Bonus anbietet der sich von vielen anderen abgrenzt dann sollte man ihn auch genauso aktivieren.... Lasst euch von den spastischen Casino Betreibern nicht verarschen!

Stati alla larga di questo schifo di casinò. Pubblicizzano che ti danno 300% e 200 giri di benvenuto. Ho contattato l'assistenza e la cosa non è come pubblicizzata. Il bonus è diviso in tre trance ma non è chiaro nelle informazioni iniziali. Dopo aver depositato ho visto che mi hanno accreditato il bonus 150% come dalla prima trancia e non mi ero accorto che i giri non sono stati accreditati e li ho chiesti dopo. Sono rimasto ormai 45 minuti in chat con l'assistenza e mi hanno detto che per aver diritto ai giri dovrei chiederli prima di giocare. E' la prima volta che mi è capitato una cosa del genere. Solitamente i casinò li accreditano assieme al bonus denaro. Super sconsiagliati.

Auszahlung von 91.500,02 € blockiert – Keine Reaktion auf Fristsetzung
Ich warne ausdrücklich vor der Nutzung von Alawin. Am Donnerstagabend habe ich einen Betrag von 91.500,02 € gewonnen. Seit diesem Zeitpunkt ist meine Auszahlungsfunktion ohne Angabe von Gründen gesperrt.
Die Fakten zu meinem Fall:
• Ticketnummer: 49872635
• Guthaben: 91.500,02 €
• Verifizierungsstatus: Sämtliche Dokumente (KYC) liegen dem Casino seit dem 08. Mai vollständig vor.
• Reaktion des Supports: Trotz einer schriftlichen Fristsetzung bis heute, 13. Mai, 12:00 Uhr, erfolgt keine Freigabe. Der Live-Chat vertröstet lediglich mit Standardfloskeln auf eine "Fachabteilung", ohne konkrete Termine oder Gründe zu nennen.
Ein Casino, das bei hohen Gewinnen die Kommunikation verweigert und rechtmäßige Auszahlungen blockiert, handelt absolut unseriös. Da das Casino zudem keine nachprüfbare Lizenz vorweist, habe ich diesen Fall nun öffentlich bei CasinoGuru gemeldet und informiere die beteiligten Zahlungsdienstleister über diesen Vorfall.
Ich werde diese Bewertung täglich aktualisieren, bis der Betrag vollständig ausgezahlt wurde.
Update 15.05. (08:15 Uhr): Trotz der Behauptung im Live-Chat, die Prüfung sei in der „Endphase“, ist der Auszahlungsbutton für meine 91.500,02 € weiterhin gesperrt. Das Casino hält seine öffentlichen Versprechen nicht ein. Ich habe soeben den Zahlungsdienstleister DCT*AIART in Estland sowie CasinoGuru offiziell über diesen Vorfall informiert.

Ora ho un altro prelievo in sospeso, ma sono fiduciosa che anche questo verrà trattato con le giuste tempistiche. Unica pecca, non si può prelevare tutto l'importo in una sola volta (sopra una determinata cifra). Sono comunque soddisfatta di questa piattaforma!

My experience with this platform has been extremely frustrating and deeply concerning. I requested a withdrawal, submitted all required verification documents, and my request has remained under review for an unreasonably long time without any clear explanation or progress.
Customer support has been consistently unhelpful, providing only generic, copy-paste responses while completely failing to address the actual issue. Communication is vague, and no concrete guidance is given regarding the so-called “additional documents” they claim to require.
At this point, the process no longer appears to be a standard verification procedure. Instead, it creates the impression of a deliberately obstructive system that prevents users from accessing their funds in a timely and transparent manner.
The lack of clear communication, repeated delays, and ever-changing or undefined requirements seriously undermine trust in this platform.
Based on my experience, I cannot consider this service reliable, and I strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution.

Nie wypłacają wygranych. Na czat codziennie ta sama bajka ze juz dzial finansowy będzie realizował twoje zlecenie i tak juz 5dni realizuje. Tylko nie wiem co oni realizuje. Szkoda pieniędzy na depozyty. Omijać naciągaczy.
