1. 99% of time you are screened out of a survey after going as far as completing it.
2. Rewards are very small for the time it takes (very long surveys)
3. Every single survey starts with a pre-screener as if they didn't already have your info on file (eg they start by asking your age, gender, post code, then pretend they are looking for a survey to suit your profile. That makes it seem like there isn't actually a survey at all, but rather they look for one when you click on the invite link. This can happen several times in a row, and you will be transfered between different survey sites, with each site doing their own pre-screener. Then when you finally get connected to a real survey, check out number 1 above.)
4. NO customer service at all, no responses, no humans.
5. Last: They don't pay out the rewards. I've been waiting since December 2024 for a $50 gift card that I accumulated over several years (yes, it took that long), and still not received my redemption. The last email I got from them was an automated one saying "Thank you for your redemption of 5000 points. If this is correct, you are not required to do anything else. If there is a discrepancy with the above details or the amount redeemed, please email our support team immediately at support at wdyt.com.au We endeavour to respond as soon as we can." I've emailed them, see my point in mumber 4.
