Low balling scumbags, told them all about the van when I enquired and they turned up and offered less than I could scrap the van for, dont waste your time with these thieves they're just chancers looking to rob people

The offers from this firm are a complete joke. They offered £1500 for my 2016 Citreon Belingo Van, which has had new water pump and timing belt. Runs a1. I sold it for £3950 to a dealer. Every other van buyer website site offered substantially more. Keep away from these crooks. There reviews don't lie.

Avoid! They re just trying get your van for "free"! My van is worth between 3 and 4k , they agreed for 2500, i wasn't really happy but ok i agreed. When man came went on test drive, when he came back he said its small problem with gear 4, so they can offer only £600, seriously???!!! I refused I bet they would fix for few hundred max and would put back on sale for min 3k ( maybe more) i understand they trying get some profit as company but actually this is joke...

I agreed a sale price for my van and when they turned up 3 hours late they then offered a reduced price even tho there were no faults apart from age related marks which they already knew about. I then found out that the van was back up for sale within a couple of days for over £2000 what I was offered. Would never recommend to anyone else. Shocking company.

I sold van 18 months ago to we buy broken vans Birmingham I wrote to dvla have all evedience and receipt. Van engine gone and big dent in door. 18 months later I am getting debt collector letters.as van was sold on and new keeper not been logged. I have called company who have been no help . Watch out if you sell to this company Donna

Absolutely terrible experience. They first offered £7,000 + VAT for my van, but after wasting several days and sending their assessor, they tried to cheat me by paying only £7,000 total without VAT. Dishonest, misleading, and unprofessional – I lost other buyers because of their tactics. Avoid this company at all costs.

lol were do I start , sent them lots of picks , sent them mot fail sheet for my 1995 Vw caravelle , they offered no quibble £1000 offer , transporter will collect and pay when loaded lol what a load of shi-e , assessor pulls up in his tesla tells me he needs to do an assessment on the van and a test drive , so already quibbling ….comes back say oooo we have a problem head gasket has gone …..no it hasn’t I say , well that’s your opinion he says ….yes yes that’s right it is my opinion , he then offers me £500 lol this company is trying to pray on people they think need the money , gladly I don’t and would rather smash the van into a wall than let a company rip me off in anyway , I kindly refused , then couple of hours later was sent a message offering me £750 , I had the van checked at local garage nothing wrong with head gasket ….so not only are they liers they are scammers , everyone has to make money but just be honest and we all could of been happy and made money , don’t trust them don’t even bother with them you will just waste there time happily for me I had to be there to move the van even if they didn’t buy it so was there waste of time not mine , essesor is basically just a sales man of the worst kind .do yourselves a favour and keep away better still any van they offer you money for ile personally give you more money for

Wanted to sell a Ford Torneo Custom. Thus company told Mr that I would be lucky to get more than £9k. Initially offered £5,000. I used Motorway and received £20,400. Motorway are very professional and hassle free 👍

Use motorway.
These con artists offered me 6500 for my 10 year old Mitsubishi L200 that only had 41k on clock and full service history
Got £12.5k on motorway and totally stress free!

Approached this company to sell my van , they requested photos of the van to get a valuation , they valued it agreed a price , I told the man if they haggle me down it will be a waste of time etc…. anyways they turned up van ran etc all perfect and changed his mind and said there must be a mistake we can only offer scrap price now of £250 which fyi is under scrap ! So complete time wasters don’t know there ass from elbows . Upon speaking to other dealers there actually very well know for this . Hopefully other people read my comment and don’t use them !

Went online to get a quote for my van, went through the application to not be given a quote but to be told I will get a phone call?! Then several days later I get a phone call, I explain i was just after a quick online quote and instead of giving me any detail on the potential price I was told "o okay, see you later then".

Really funny how a business can operate and be profitable when being managed like this 🤣🤣🤣

Hi Guys be carfull realy bad experience their assessor came was very rude i am not a mecahnic i informed them engine light is on but drive is ok he was misbehaving sayying in front of my face that you are lier intimidating behaviour he drove my van for test drive without my permission i was waiting for 20 minites

Wouldn’t waste your time with this company very misleading tactics they use via phone to try and guarantee a vehicle purchase. I was offered in the region of £1000-£1500 for a van I explained to the person on the phone it’s in limp mode and he said if we can run a diagnostic and clear the codes they will guarantee a price of £1000 minimum. Thought it was to good to be true lad turned up today with scrap value £225 and very apologetic for the service offered

KEEP WELL CLEAR - TOTAL SCAM.

Got an initial valuation back in April when sold, can't remember value but approx. £1000. This then reduced to £400 when it failed MOT - brake pipe had corroded and couldn't be driven so thought ok, fair play. Was told they would uplift the van from MOT centre and I was to leave log book and keys with the MOT centre, money transferred once it was uplifted. When the driver got to site I got a call to say it was not road worthy and was badly corroded all over so would be scrapped and scrap value was £150. Thought I had no option so agreed.

Now here we are in July, we have just got a parking ticket come through the post for the van!! (which was apparently going to be scrapped) still in our name, was told to leave log book with van and they would sort it. Quick check on government MOT checker and shows exactly 1 week after sold to them it was MOT'd as passed with a load of bodge jobs done to get it through!! Not bad for a van that was no good and had to be scrapped.

Complete con company, inexperienced staff when called that couldn't offer me any explanation. They basically fleece people by claiming the van is useless then sell it on after a quick fix up to make as much profit for themselves as possible.

DO NOT USE - THEY WILL JUST MAKE AS MUCH CASH OUT OF YOU AS POSSIBLE. KEEP WELL CLEAR.
