Easy to set up & transparent broker. I like that there is a chat forum for investors too who follow market trends & share info.

Decided to open a brokerage account this year and have nothing but a positive experience. Customer Service is knowledgeable and friendly... they aren't just reading prompts on a screen, but really know investing. Nothing but good things to say about them.

I think the platform is an easy platform to understand I just wish they had a dividend calendar or notifications for when dividends are coming.

I am a power trader, and the platform is by far the best overall broker for investing. 10/10 would recommend, and I do regularly.

I didn’t experience any major slippage outside of normal market conditions.

This is so perfect, it does what I need without major problems.

Doc upload was easy and verified fast.

Trading here feels more controlled compared to some other platforms I’ve tried.

Great website overall, easy to use and well-designed, It does go into maintenance occasionally, but aside from that, a solid experience.

I appreciate that the tools are practical and not overloaded with unnecessary features.

Inverted monies (£200 on 14thFebruary) made a little some off money £780
I requested a withdraw of £700.
3 days later still waiting for a response. Messaged the employee who was looking after my investment, requested to withdraw a bit of monies
His reply:
He puts a photo of me on the WhatsApp page, then puts
"Ugliest female I've EVER seen"
Its a SCAM

This is a genuine review.
If trustpilot wants any further information or any screen shots of this conversation, I am willing to send them any time they want. I
just lost £580 pounds.
Thank God for PayPal, at least I got my initial £200 back.
Never been so insulted in all my life.

This is not the end of this matter.

The overall performance has been stable during my time using it.

Dashboard is clean verified with council tax bill.

The support team is great coz they answered all my questions about the bonus so I feel comfortable trading here because they actually reply to emails.

I have tried many brokers but this one is the most simple coz the web trader is basic but works and the support is always there to help if you get stuck.
