Good experience overall. The team has been easy to work with, and my career agent has been pretty responsive. They usually send over roles that match what I'm targeting and I can give feedback before anything moves forward, which I appreciate. The 3 coaching sessions were also useful for getting another perspective on my search.

I didn't get a huge number of interviews, but the ones I did get were relevant to my background. Considering how competitive the market is right now, I'd say it was a positive experience I had.

The coaching sessions in the Bootcamp program helped me prepare for behavioral questions much more effectively. I noticed a big difference in how I presented my experience during interviews.

Program so far has been insightful and the coaching sessions with Paige were excellent, I learnt a lot.
Also enjoying the job apps process they built, where they find roles, I approve, and then they apply, ensuring I am aligned and only approve roles I believe I am suitable for.

I joined Exec+ when I was aiming for more senior roles and honestly felt a bit stuck doing it all on my own. The 1:1 sessions helped me rethink how I talk about my experience and leadership. We also updated my resume and Linkedln so they better reflected that. Having some help with applications made the whole process less overwhelming.
Overall, it’s been genuinely helpful for me.

Got laid off last month at a role I was at for more than 4 years and felt lost. I started applying but to help me get a potential offer faster, I hired wearecareer to help me.
I do appreciate them qualifying me and giving me a personal plan before I joined, made me trust them even more.
I applied with their coaching and got myself about 4 interviews and they got about 4 as well - still in the program but my calendar is looking healthy with some interviews booked over the next few weeks and 2 final rounds.

I worked with them for 2 months and although the job I accepted was through a referral, their coaching was still very helpful and Lynda really made a great strategy for my target roles. The team did manage to get about 7 interviews for me so some very positive momentum and I got 3 myself using their methods and happy to say I got an offer.

The Exec+ program is very refreshing compared to other career coaching program I have seen. The team assigned me a coach who is dedicated for me and also I have an agent applying to jobs on my behalf.

The initial process for the Resume, Cover letter, LinkedIn was a bit slow to be honest and they asked me a ton of questions and they were rewriting my achievements, they added some metrics I gave them as well. So this took about 3 weeks which was expected but I didn’t understand why until I saw the final result.

The final resume was amazing, I had 2 variations as we were targeting 2 niches and it made so much more sense.

The application support was a game changer, saved me time, they got my feedback on each role and changed ones that didn’t align with me. Got about 11 interviews and just signed my new offer. Big shout out to the team at wearecareer.

Wearecareer was a very positive experience for me. They gave me coaching and supported me with apps to help my pivot into a new role. I am still in the program but so far have got about 8 interviews from their applications, as well as 4 more through my own applications using their strategies.

My coach Paige has been great so far and Mohamed also chimes in on Slack to answer any questions I have or any guidance I need, they both help me.

All the jobs applied have been good-fit roles as they need my approval for each so I love their approval system, very efficient as I am of course looking to make the best use of the 300 applications.

So far, I am seeing great progress, an offer is a few interviews away I believe.
