I preordered a vinyl copy of DeLaSoul is Dead. Prior to the item releasing, I moved to a new address. Emailed them on March 20th, March 23rd, and March 30th to request an address update on the order. I did not receive any responses to any of these emails. In a last-ditch effort, I sent another message directly through their website a few days ago. Again, I did not receive a response. Today, I received a notification that the package was out for delivery to my old address, and then a later notification that it was delivered. I contacted the management office for my old community, and they are attempting to retrieve the package from the new tenant. But, as of now, I have no way of accessing my LP. I love supporting artists directly but will never again order a product from this site. Good luck contacting them if you have an issue with your order.

Paid for an item that was supposed to ship a month ago. Zero response on any email.

Ordered 2 items, separate orders. Got charged and then it was tumbleweed. I have been e-mailing them to get some information and unfortunately that has lead to nothing either; nobody ever replies. frustrating. I was excited about these product and I have no idea how to get anyone to actually respond or get a refund
