Excellent customer service
I have had coffee from We are here before but the last batch was not drinkable. It smelt and tasted odd. When I emailed to tell them that the coffee did not taste as it normally does they immediately replied, apologised and refunded me. They then sent me a bag of each of their coffees with a handwritten note. One of the bags was also the same coffee that I had previously ordered and it tasted as it normally should. I am very pleased with their customer service.
