So-so decaf
Ordered decaf. Bit slow to arrive as the wrong address on it - that was undoubtedly my error in selecting the wrong address on a Chrome autofill form. Anyway, can't reliably comment on issues such as speed of delivery.
So, to the coffee. Ordered decaf. The flavour is fine but the overall impression is seriously underpowered. I'll try using extra scoops but even if that works, it won't be an effective solution long term as the coffee is too expensive for me to be able to double up quantities.
The communication style gets on my nerves a bit (am too old for multiple "heys" etc) but that would be fine if the product were up to it. Alas, my search for great decaf continues.

Dearest Geraldine, I'm so sorry to hear of your experience with us. I'll go through each the sections to see if there's anything we can help with.
1. The address given at the checkout directly creates the postage label, nothing's changed by us so that's most likely the reason for any delay in Royal Mail getting it to you. Autofill can definitely be tricky here but glad it eventually arrived safely.
2. If you could let us know how you're making your brew we could perhaps help with the received underpowered feel. If you could describe what you mean by it; is it strength, bitterness, sourness you're tasting? Something else? Is there a brand that you've used before for reference that you liked? If we know how you're making your coffee we can suggest different brew times and agitations that would help with perception of strength without increasing the dosage.
3. We're not too on the formal side, trying to keep things light but we're definitely take a look over the comms going out and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
Our inbox and DM's are always open and we're very happy to help if you ever need anything. Reviews can get a little lost and we'd much rather the opportunity to fix things where possible.

Super product, fun brand, great ethos! High end coffee from an honest company that stands for something.
LOVE The Other One on filter and cold brew. But in truth all of their coffees are excellent and thoughtfully selected.

That one was brill!
I bought a sample pack of all 4 including the decaf:
From the get go WAH are hilarious, friendly, on the ball and helpful.
The coffee is great, "That One" stands out above the rest but if you want good solid beans that has no "chitter chatter" around it then get ordering any of them.
Price point wise it is on the ball, I have spent far more per gram for substandard flavour profiles. Sample packs makes a great gift.
Charitable donations are made which makes the world go round too doesn't it?

To be honest I Chose this company as I liked their story but I also found it so refreshing that they had a no frills packaging. It was amusing to have just bright labels with no fuss and to let the coffee taste sell its self. Delivery was timely and the emails keeping me informed very amusing(in a good way) . I look forward to trying all the beans I ordered and would use them again. Very good service

Husband feeling wobbly after coffee post-surgery, so we argued a bit about what kind of extra coffee pot to buy. Couldn't agree on an aesthetic so then decided we'd both try the same decaf. Which meant it needed to be interesting as well as decaffeinated. I googled and tried a few different types. This is the one I've gone back to, however, as it's rather good. The bags smell reassuringly coffee-like in the cupboard, which is part of the attraction. I like the no-faff approach, and the charitable donations. All good: I'll Be Back (cue Arnie voice).

Unexpectedly brilliant!
I've purchased a great deal of coffee from a wide range of roasteries within the UK and beyond. W.AH attracted me with their simple approach to branding and choosing the beans you would like.
Long story short, i'm utterly blown away by how good their coffee is. That One and The Other One work SO well as pour over, the tasting notes are stunning. 100% will be buying more.
