I'm delighted to have achieved my Coach with Confidence certification today, and I can honestly say it has been a transformative experience - both professionally and personally.

Throughout the programme, I've gained a much deeper understanding of coaching, while also developing greater self-awareness in the process. The way the International Coaching Federation Core Competencies were taught and integrated was particularly impactful - they were brought to life in a practical, accessible way that has truly strengthened my confidence as a coach.

The live calls and Q&A sessions were a standout element for me. They provided invaluable opportunities to deepen my learning, ask questions, and see coaching in action in a real, supportive environment.

I've also had the pleasure of connecting with some incredible people along the way, which has made the journey even more meaningful.

I would highly recommend this programme to anyone serious about developing as a Coach.

i have been a member of this academy for a few years now, the coaching calls and content are high quality. The community fosters learning and feels inclusive. Staff are extremely responsive. I have dipped in and out of training but this has never been an issue. There are new courses being added on a regular basis, allowing you to add to your skill base. I would highly recommend.

I joined the Clique Academy (now She Leads) in 2022 after doing the free introduction to coaching course. I honestly cannot express how much the coaching has changed my life. Yes you can get coaching certificates for cheaper but the certifications included in She Leads actually teach you how to coach, plus the live calls (approx 4 per week) mean you get to practice coaching with real-time feedback from amazing ICF mentors like Sabrina and have discussions on the ICF Core competencies and how you integrate this into your coaching practice. These coaching certifications actually help you become a proper coach that can truly help clients with authenticity.

I’ve been a member of She Leads / The Clique Academy since 2021 and it’s been such a powerful, life-changing journey. I’ve learned so much about coaching and about myself. The community is full of amazing, supportive women who truly lift each other up.

The reason it’s not five stars for me is because I sometimes missed having a bit more personal guidance, like a mentor or someone checking in to see how things were going. The community itself is very active and friendly, but when it comes to the business side of things, the support often comes from other members - so if you’re not too active on social media, it can feel a little isolating.

That said, the coaches leading the live sessions are super knowledgeable and kind. Overall, I’m so grateful for the learning, growth and inspiring community I’ve found here.

I would highly recommend the Clique Academy (now She Leads). When I first joined (2022), I knew nothing about life coaching, and now I’ve completed several of their certifications and feel fully set up to grow my coaching business with confidence.

I started with the ICF-accredited course because I wanted the credibility of that recognition, and it was the perfect foundation. From there, I went on to do the six-month Clique Method, which is such a well-designed program for bringing structure to coaching and exploring a wide range of powerful techniques. I also completed the Self-Love Coaching course, and I’m excited to continue with the ICF-accredited NLP and Master NLP certifications.

The support is really good. There are five live calls each week, which means you’re never stuck for guidance or encouragement, and the community is full of like-minded, supportive people. Overall, the Clique Academy has given me the skills, structure, and confidence I needed to establish my coaching business, and I’m so glad I made the investment.

The Clique Academy / She Leads offers a range of coaching certifications. With that comes in depth coaching experience / practise, as much as you need and how much you want. This gave me more than enough coaching skills while also being coached.

Joining this program not only helped prepare me for being a coach but simultaneously transformed my own believes, behaviors and mindset. Love that we get life-time access and can gain additional certifications.

A thing to note which I wasn’t expecting when signing up is the community within the program. I truly feel like I have made life long friends.

I have now been able to step away from my corporate work (lawyer) and focus on my coaching. Being able to work more flexible hours has been life changing. I now have more time to spend with my children and husband.

I've been with the Clique / She Leads for the last couple of years. They have great content, really helps you get started coaching as a beginner and helps you become familiar with how to coach using the ICF method of coaching. It's a big plus that they help teach you about key niches such as self-love and the money mindset whilst also becoming familiar with the NLP methods of coaching. Loads to learn and help you determine which path you want to follow as a coach. Appreciate the in-training calls a lot as they help you become more familiar with how to coach in real life whilst also getting some in person coaching yourself.

I began my coaching training journey with She Leads in May 2020 and despite graduating I still access the content and live calls now. It’s been a life changing journey and it’s the gift that keeps on giving. The community that has been created is brilliant and the coaches are amazing!

This training & associated community is so positive & supportive. I joined a few years ago & have completed quite a few different qualifications now, enabling me to launch my new coaching business. I really enjoy the structured approach and the ongoing live sessions - they’re incredibly helpful, and the coaches are fantastic.

The standards are being kept high (compared to other coaching academies) which is a huge plus.

I have been a member of this community since 2020, when She Leads was formerly known as The Clique. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and have found it hugely supportive and beneficial on my life coaching journey. Although I do not attend the live weekly calls at present, I love that the support is there should I wish to attend. I really admire the fact we have lifetime access to the calls - it feels like we can always dip in when needed.

I started with She Leads (formerly The Clique) in 2022. What a transformative journey it has been! I feel like I’m part of a family since day 1. Dani has created an amazing and empowering community. I’ve learned so many things and grown immensely as a person as well. I’m really grateful to every single coach who has been teaching, mentoring and guiding us. It is obvious trust each one of them was selected with care and love. Highly recommend it!

Qualified in 2022, the courses and content are a perfect blend of theory and practical exercises that I still use and refer to today.

I’ve been with She Leads (formerly The Clique Academy) since 2022.
There are multiple certificates to complete on line. Dani, the founder, has put together some great courses which not only teach you so much, but in a way that keeps you engaged and wanting to learn more.
The other women who are on their own journeys are really supportive and you can always find someone to give you advise or coach you through any problems that may arise. I’ve met some incredible people on here and some great friends who I know I will stay connected to for life.
The coaches who are online every week are there to coach individuals who volunteer and are also there to answer any questions you may have, but if you are unable to watch the coaching live on Zoom, can watch at a later time as they are all stored on the portal to visit any time you want.
I highly recommend this course, I’ve learnt so much and continue to visit to keep updated even though I am now fully qualified.
