buying a bra from the website is difficult and when I wanted to return, they do not accept returns. and also they charge me the shipping.
I have learned that I should not buy bra from the website with no acceptable return. quality is so so.
cup is very big.

After purchasing 2 bras on a sale for $99 usually $99/bra. I liked the fit and have work them intermittently for approximately 6 months. A few weeks back I alerted customer service to the problem and requested a replacement. I received the following message:

Typically, items can begin to show signs of wear and tear depending on how often they are worn and washed.

To extend the life of your bras and undies, we recommend rotating them to give a break between wears, which will prolong their life and quality. If you're not already doing so, we also highly advise hand washing and never putting your items in the dryer, as machine washing and drying can exacerbate signs of wear, including damage.

After this length of time, if showing these signs of wear and tear, we do normally suggest replacing your items. Feel free to use code SAVE40 for 40% off your order.

You’re assuming that I’ve worn the bra everyday for 6 months and improperly caring for them. WOW! So not the case. Way to blame the customer for your crap product falling apart. Why would I spend another penny in their poorly made overpriced bras. Especially when they don’t stand by their product and blame the customer for their poorly made product. I’ve had bras for more than 10 years that the underwire hasn’t poked through.

These bras have bra lines show through every shirt. I wore once and thought they were nice. I took the tag off and washed them. After washing, the bra lines show on my chest through every shirt and I'm not able to return because they don't have rags 🙃 wouldn't recommend these

The stays on the side of the bra aren't structured enough to stay straight, so the bra slouches down and doesn't provide any support

Love these bras. I am 34DD/DDD. I wish the cup size were a smidge bigger but they are comfy and offer support with no wire. The busty bralettes don’t fit as well, I prefer the regular bralette in size 2.

Bra sizing is not consistent with other brands. I have been measured and wear the same size bra across many different brands. I ordered my size from Lively and the cup size was much smaller than my usual DD. Normally not a big deal, so long as I can exchange and try to next cup size up. But customer service was awful. Despite the discrepancy in sizing they refused to exchange for a new size, simply telling me that because the bra was discounted they would not accept any exchanges. The website indicates that returns are prohibited for FINAL SALE items, but there is no indication that exchanges are also prohibited. Very frustrating and a waste of my money. In addition, the wireless bras lacked the necessary support for a larger bust.

I love three of my Lively busty bralettes!!! Then I ordered two more and the sizing was totally off. I was very disappointed because it was a final sale, but the band length for the two new ones was almost two inches shorter than my other ones.

Strangely shaped cups. Did not fit well

I set up this account for my 87 year old father. I paid for the phone and was told they would send me an email receipt. I had to call twice because the email was never sent. I then asked when the phone would be delivered, and was informed they couldn't give me any info, because I wasn't on the account..... I set up the account, and now you are telling me you didn't list me on the account. After much frustration, I will have to have my father authorize me to be on the account, so that I can then cancel this account. This customer service and the training for their salesforce, is terrible. A company who prides themselves for helping seniors, is a joke.

The bathing suit top and bottom were ill fitting. The size was right, it just was cut in a non flattering way.

Every bra I've purchased is so comfortable and a great fit. They're also very pretty.

Bandeau tops aren't easy. I had hoped that considering the fit of Lively bra purchases in the past, the bandeau would work, but the band isn't very comfortable, nor does it provide the support I'd hoped for. The top of the bandeau gaps away from my breasts in a way that makes me feel I'm about to spill out. It was a Final Sale item, so I had no options once purchased.

I just love your bras. I’m 33 and by this point I’ve tried them all! I buy your bralettes. They are super supportive and comfortable. Best on the market!
