An appalling company
I am absolutely appalled by this company. They are either a scam or disorganised without any sense of customer care. They boast of a fast service. Having ordered a device over a week ago they have taken the money using a different company. Then absolutely nothing. No response to emails and no sign of delivery.
So tomorrow it is to trading standards and then the bank to start the money recovery process
My strongest recommendation is to steer clear of them.

After-sales service just as good as the retail
I needed a replacement barometer for a project. I had specific questions on specifications; they answered all questions first time so that I could chose the right product. The barometer arrived in the promised 48 hours and after-sales attention has been just as good. I would have thought this was the go-to place for meteorological devices.

I resently ordered three thermometers…
I resently ordered three thermometers from Weather Station-Products. We have not received any of the items. Money has been deposited from our account. I sent Weather Station-products a message, from Weather Station-products website, asking them to reply. I told Weather station-products, if we did not hear from them within 48 hours we will pass our concerns to sites such as, Trustpilot. They have not contacted us(it has been 4 days since l sent them a message).
Do not buy anything from Weather Station-products.co.uk. From our experience, they take your money, without sending out your item and, do not reply.

Useless!
I returned a broken weather station on 2nd June and still have't receievd a replacement. Twice I was told that it had been despatched only later to be told it hadn't because it was damaged! Now they don't reurn telephone messages or reply to emails.

I ordered a digital thermometer from weather-station-products.co.uk three weeks ago. Having originally received a confirmation email confirming my order I heard nothing more. I emailed them, quoting my order number, to see where it was and I got through a ridiculous email confirming they had received my money but wanted me to confirm when I had paid! Can't be bothered to waste my time on this company any more. Don't bother ordering anything from them, they're either scamming or they're hopeless.
