I ordered almost $1000 worth of clothing and a shawl. It was unfortunately a drama. The clothes did not fit nor made per the style depicted. The jewelry sent was unusable as nothing like the description. The shawl was not as described and poor quality. It unfortunately was a stressful and bad experience for me.

I am very pleased with my garment which is made to a professional standard. The colours match very well with the advertised products. It was also well packed and very beautifully presented. I had worst experience. Ordered two trousers online but received only one and that too in a pathetic condition. It is total worn out old trousers. Tried to contact te company through mail but no body responded

So disappointed with the 2 blouses I got. It says L which is supposed to be for 38 but this is anything but. Both are size 34-35. Wish I had not wasted my money. Now I have to get them redone.

Gorgeous necklace set
The necklace set looks amazing and of very high quality.
I would have liked the website to show more photos of the necklace and more detailed description of the materials used, ie is it moissanite polki or kundan etc.
The biggest issue I've had is with customer service when I asked for an ETA for the product. They told me it's shipped but I never got a reference number for tracking purposes despite asking twice. The article arrived on a date that I wasn't even aware of. I had to open the box to see that it is from Weaver Story. It also took a long time to come but I expected that as it was clearly stated in the order email.
