Helpful and friendly staff from beginning to end.
After speaking on the phone we got our new washing machine ordered straight away with a delivery slot given.
The sales rep called back the same day with an earlier delivery slot to help us out as we have a large family living at home and needed our washing machine.

Outstanding Customer Service
Great price and a very well designed website. Where this company excelled though was in customer service.
We needed Webbs to hold the appliance until our project had a free day - no problem. We needed delivery on a specific day - no problem. We had an awkward route inwards for installation - no problem.
All perfectly coordinated by Tim, Lauren and Anthony. Thanks guys - you put your company way out ahead of the competition

Excellent service
The ordering process was straightforward and the price of the tumble drier was the best I could find.
Communication was excellent and I was impressed at how quickly my drier was delivered, particularly at a busy time of year. I was kept updated about the delivery time and contacted on the day with a specific delivery window. I highly recommend this company

Excellent customer service
Having searched for an AEG dishwasher their price was the most competitive, the dishwasher arrived within the estimated time.
There was a small dent on the front of dishwasher which must have happened with the couriers, the company immediately ordered a replacement door front and booked an engineer to visit and replace it.
Best price, excellent customer service.
Very happy with this company.

I would give 20 stars if I could
I would give 20 stars if I could. Ordered on line late at night. Following morning a call to check the order was still OK to place as it may not arrive in time for Christmas. Thank the good Lord it was not automated, inhuman, robotic voice or AI led by a stupid chatbot.
I GOT AN EXCEPTIONALLY POLITE AND REAL HUMAN BEING. Awesome from start to finish. Will never buy electricals elsewhere, will recommend to everyone and they were cheaper by far from the big boys. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Many of us still like how things were - a personal service. This is exactly what Webbs Electrical give.
