These guy's are Scammers. Overpriced with no followup support. My website has been down for 4 months with no end in sight. Avoid at all cost.

I am very happy with their services, i made a website and purchased a domaine with them 2 years ago and I thought they would just disappear after my purchase but whenever I have a security issue with my page they are quick to recover it and get me back on my feet. 4/5 because they are quick and always provide solutions, YES they are price but I find that after that purchase you dont pay more money, the solutions are free, at least for the package I got.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

They built my brother's website and then bilked him out of money for several items.
1. He came to them with a .com domain and they got him to pay them $1400 for a .co domain because it was superior because it was shorter. This was just a cash grab.

2. They tried to get my brother to pay them thousands of dollars for an accessibility cleanup based on what I'm thinking is a fraudulent lawsuit.

3. They sent him this email which talks about Google SEO Coupons, ie coupons that Google provides for SEO that they are trying to get my brother to pay for.

There is NO SUCH THING AS A GOOGLE SEO COUPON.

Hello Joshua,

We hope you had a good weekend. We are writing to formally address a serious and unresolved matter.

As previously communicated, we received a Google discount coupon, which we utilized only after your confirmation. Based on your assurance that payment would be made once your cheque cleared, we proceeded to apply the coupon and paid upfront on your behalf. This decision was made in good faith, as you have been an esteemed client.

Subsequently, you informed us that you were no longer interested, after the funds had already been deducted from our account. In addition to this, as a gesture of goodwill, we provided six (6) months of complimentary Social Media Marketing (SMM) to maintain the brand awareness efforts we have consistently delivered over the past year.

To be clear:

Two Google coupons of $1,500 each were utilized

These covered 12 months of SEO services at a discounted total of $3,000

The original cost for 12 months of SEO is $6,000

An additional 6 months of SMM was provided at no charge

As we have not received the agreed SEO payment, and the coupons have already been consumed, we escalated the matter to Google and provided full documentation and proof of authorization. As a result, Google has placed the account on hold and taken the website offline. At this time, we have not recovered the funds paid from our account.

To proceed with withdrawing our case and resolving this issue, we require immediate payment of the discounted SEO amount you agreed to. This payment is necessary solely because we covered the cost on your behalf.

Please note that all website login credentials are currently non-functional, as the entire Google account is on hold. You may verify this on your end.

This company is a bunch of scammers.

AVOID at all costs.

2 years and still waiting f for a refund or my domain to be released and given to me. 925.00 stolen from me and no remorse. I am filing a suit now for my money or my site!

after I contacted to airport management replied corrupted Harbour company build may not allow to google services live. Our driver contacted google customer services and know the web design company fraud. poor product website, not useful website built. the website build it was few month live, every year thousand of peoples got fraud service from this company. please don't contact to future here for your business. Dallas airport 17 cab services. this is the one found fraud web site design company which is lost . Be aware of contact this company for your business. consumer support need to legal action against this company. we all driver report to CNN, CNBC and FOX news to find the issue where is Royal Cab Service website. DFW Airline use different website (airport dispatch)to use service our company due to web design haurbor bad website product can't provide services.

Below is an email that I sent the complaint department. This is not the first time on here but somehow this company likes to bully their customers into removing complaints. The last time I posted, I was told as long as you're complaining about us we wont help you. Well I'm complaining a dang on GAIN! I've suffered through 2 long years with this company. Being overcharged for absolutely nothing.

I am having the worst time with this company and feel like its a scam. While I got a decent website out of it, I am going to report on every page, website and blog that I can about this company. I've put well over $2500 into a non functioning website. I was grossly over charged for a domain, almost $900.00 to be exact, paid $475-600 initially to have my site built, then another $500 to add a few more pages. All for my SSL certs to run out. I paid for 10 year domain registry which is apparently under your company's name cheap account. Due to the lack of maintenance my site was compromised and because there aren't any SSL certificates, (which btw come with the hosting package) my domain is exposed. 
I made several request to properly transfer my domain along with my CPanel files and I'll host my own domain and manage my own website. Your tech support department is less than competent, stating that it could take days and weeks to transfer, when I sent them screenshots from Namecheap on how to accomplish the task in the matter of an hour. I received a message from your TS dept. requesting my username and password to my namecheap account, which namecheap stated is an absolute NO. NO one should be requesting my credentials. 
Because of the way you all transferred (or lack thereof ) my domain it is still showing as it exist in your account. So it was not fully released. I am unable to host my website, its exposed and has been for weeks and YOUR SUPPORT IS DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! THEY STATE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL ME BUT I WORK. IF ITS AN 800 NUMBER ITS PROBABLY BLOCKED AS SPAM. THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON FOR CONVERSATION. PROPERLY TRANSFER MY DOMAIN. YOU DO NOT NEED MY CREDENTIALS FOR ANYTHING. SEND MY C PANEL FILE AND I WILL GET THE ASSISTANCE I NEED FROM NAMECHEAP TO MIGRATE THE SITE. THEY STATE THAT YOU ALL ARE BLOCKING ME FROM ACCESSING MY WEBSITE DUE TO IT NOT BEING HOSTED ANYWHERE. I WILL BE PLACING THIS ON TRUST PILOT BECAUSE I'VE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY SINCE I PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCT IN 2023. ALSO THIS TIME I WILL NOT BE TAKING DOWN ANY COMPLAINTS.

SCAM!!! The charged a fortune for a basic site. But never completed the site the project. The 'project manager' keep running in cicrles and giving excuses.

I paid $1599.00 for an e-commerce sight but they never delivered anything and just ran with my money. I couldn’t believe it. Go somewhere else. Do not use this company!

Horrible experience. Do not use this company! They missed the deadline, any simple edits would take days to implement. Project Manager would only implement a few changes at a time, and had to be reminded several times. The website lacked basic proofreading, as there was NUMEROUS spelling errors.

overall have had a bad experience with the company.
Took wayyy too long to have edits done and caused wayy too much frustration. I would def go elsewhere next time.

I saw that you wrote a positive review with this company and a few months later you wrote a negative review. This exactly what is happening to me. I paid them for 3 years hosting service for my website I designed with another company. After 2 years they are asking to pay more money for this reason they are holding my website hostage. I also saw in the Better business bureau website they scammed an elderly man. I am trying to connect to all people who were scammed by this company so together we can file a complaint to the Attorney General of California to make our complaint more effective. If I am asked to rate this company, I would rate Web Design Harbour as the top scammer company in the world. I have never been scammed this way before. They acted like they are very nice to attract me , and even convinced me to write good review and pay for a 3 years service. After 2 years they want more money or keep my property hostage. I will be writing reviews every day until justice is served.

Beware of these individuals who initially provide you with a certain quote, only to later insist on additional expenses such as purchasing a new domain name for $1200. When I expressed my inability that i could not afford this, they then backtrack and suggest utilizing my existing domain.

Subsequently, as they proceed to build my website, I specifically instruct them to use my Wix platform, to which they agree. However, upon completion, they inform me that an additional $600 is required to integrate the website with their platform. This sudden increase in costs from $1200 to $600 raises concerns and prompts me to consider involving legal counsel for a refund.

Despite my request for a refund, they refuse and opt to provide me with the files so I can build the website myself. This experience not only proves to be a significant waste of my time but also results in a loss of $500. It appears evident that their practices are deceptive and dishonest. SO BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE AND STAY AWAY.
