Fà schifo, solo complicazioni.

Utilizzo WEBDESK da alcuni anni poichè richiesto dal mio commercialista per una più facile gestione dei documenti. Vista la pessima esperienza ormai pluriennale sto insistendo anche con il commercialista per cambiare piattaforma.

La piattaforma può forse funzionare per i professioni che emettono 1 fattura al mese. Diversamente è invivibile. Il sito è spesso lento, impiega minuti per caricare una pagina. Quasi 15 minuti tra un'attesa e l'altra per generare una fattura di 2 righe. Nell'attesa costanti effetti grafici inutili. Per nulla intuitivo, privo di personalizzazioni. Diversi elementi necessari nell'emissione delle fatture sono mancanti. L'importazione delle fattura d'acquisto è spesso errata e non facilmente modificabile, creando maggior lavoro e perdite di tempo. La generazione e l'abbinamento dei documenti è confusionario e lontano da qualunque ragionamento commerciale costringendo a fare più volte lo stesso lavoro su documenti diversi.

Assolutamente bocciato. Non mancano ovviamente assurdi costi per l'integrazione delle skill aggiuntive che la maggiorparte degli altri programmi di fatturazione danno incluse nel prezzo, di molto inferiore a quello di Webdesk.

In conclusione, un prodotto di scarsa qualità a prezzi stellari. Unico vantaggio la facile comunicazione con il software del commercialista, facilmente reperibile in prodotti migliori di altre aziende.

Darei zero stelle pessimo cambio di pw ogni mese e quando c'è da farlo ci vogliono due dispositivi altrimenti se vai in email per i codice quando rientri ti dice codice non valido vergognoso e questa sarebbe la tecnologia.?

They registered a domain name on my behalf then refused to give the login details. Avoid this company at all costs, seriously run as far from this company as you can, they have no morals, unscrupulous and extremely misleading.

Scam don not fall for it. They will make it sound legit but they will in the end scam you after showing you few profits. In this world no one will give you a free opportunity to make such big profits .. you gotta earn it the hard way or get scammed! They will invite you via WhatsApp that’s what they did to me and they’ll have a group chat where everyone talks about their day but their profiles all look very much so generated. Be careful I have blocked them. Make sure you do too.

Webdesk Solution are indeed a very fine company indeed but PLEASE beware !! I recently been scammed out of £3.5K by scammers masquerading as "Webdesk Solution"...... Basically, It's a scam using their name (which is a reputable company). They apparently change their web address every 2-4 weeks and their website looks remarkably like the REAL company, VERY convincing.
It is a very clever and well conceived scheme to lure you into thinking you're gonna make good profits by using their platform. This was the case very much so for the first 4 transactions - then they forced me into a corner whereby at last count, I had to send them another £7k to "release" my profits. They use bitcoin transactions via Kucoin and have what appears to be a very faithful set of existing users on Whatsapp (who are obviously "in on it" to make it seem viable and legit. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they use AI via ChatGPT). I now have to try and recover my money in some way - which I suspect is highly unlikely :-( AVOID like the plague folks. PS. You will probably be contacted over Whatsapp and "invited" to join....Their "recruiters" are very pleasant and friendly- all part of the scam I'm afraid.

Don't Invest in this companies platform !!
My wife was contacted by them and persuaded to Invest in product boosting via their web platform.
Already the second day rose their demand for investment rapidly without my wife was made aware of this exponential demand of investment to make a claimed few percentage profit. Lost 1200$ in 5 days and they wanted you to invest 2300$ more to not loose the 1200$ and be able to continue investing (charging they call it).
