Very unprofessional company. First they did not give us full complete website rather some trash which we had to fix on our own. We had bought hosting from them and we were not informed that hosting is about to expire or anything and on a. Friday night we get email that our hosting has expired and our website is down right now. No reply to any email or calls and one receptionist picked up call and was misbehaving. I am very disappointed this is december and it is our high sale season and i have to deal with these unprofessional

A total failure in communication and their negative stance in not providing my refund for a domain I never authorized.
