Their support is terrible. I've waited on a DNS management request for the past 5 days. No response on their ticket system, none from their whatsapp either and their website's e-mail verification system doesn't even work. It's been about 14 days since I purchased my domain, and their billing system keeps showing my payment still being processed, even though the money had reached them a long time ago.
One of their staff members confirmed the payment finally, and activated the payment, but on their website it still shows pending, so I just downloaded the invoice as a proof. Additionally, their DNS management always pops up an error whenever you try to point out your domain towards your website IP.
It's almost as if this was a cash grab or something, cuz I personally don't feel I'll be receiving any support any time soon regarding this and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to use them, unless you wish to get scammed out of your pockets!
