Love these guys

Love these guys, they make hosting as simple as possible with great UI tools and customer service. Don't think I've waited longer than a couple of hours for them to get back to me and it's always useful information to fix my issue. Highly recommend.

Exceptional website hosting with unbeatable customer service

I have had an absolutely fantastic experience with WHF. Their customer service is top-notch, and the team is always quick to help with any issues or questions that I have. The website hosting service itself is reliable and fast, and I have never experienced any downtime or technical issues.

The pricing for the hosting plans is also very reasonable, and I feel like I am getting a great value for the service I am receiving. In addition, the control panel is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which makes managing my website a breeze.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with WHF and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of website hosting services. They have truly exceeded my expectations and have made my experience with them a pleasure.

WebHostFace Few hiccups with Plesk Transition

WebHostFace has been a good hosting provider. I use them mostly for e-mail, however anything I have done on their platform works well!
They recently changed from CPanel to Plesk for my shared tier, which caused a few headaches (documentation is not up to date yet), however a couple quick chats with tech support, and I was able to get everything up and running.

Reliable, affordable, great support

Haven't had any major issues with WHF since I signed up more than 5 years ago. Support has been always been great and responsive. Still sticking with them. Highly recommended.

Solid hosting provider

Five years with WebHostFace

I've been with WebHostFace for over 5 years and in that time my website has been trouble free. On the few occasions I needed to contact support the issues have been promptly resolved. One area that lets the service down is the email addresses I have connected to my account. The IP address has been flagged and put on an external organization's spam list — despite the fact that I hardly ever send emails, and those I do send are definitely not spam. I can only assume that since I'm hosted on a shared server some other account attached to the same server has sent spam emails in the past. Getting my email IP address removed from the external organization's spam list is near impossible!

I've had this company as my host for…

I've had this company as my host for several years. Their chat and customer service used to be stellar and I could always reach someone any time of day or night. They were very helpful.

About 2+ years ago I started having trouble with their chat always saying it's offline so I couldn't reach anyone...while frustrating as it was, I figured it was a technical issue and it would be resolved soon so I hung out with it as my sites were just a one page thing pointing people to my social media pages....NOW I'm pissed. I was working at getting the sites fully developed and I asked WHF for help with that...they replied through email and gave me a reasonable price per page...then CRICKETS! I asked over and over for help to move on and pay the fee and get started but no one ever replied to me on it again. I gave up.

Now I have someone else who is building the sites for me and WHF has migrated the sites of everyone to new servers...great but I can't reach ANYONE by phone or by chat to help me!! Nothing works! Chat continues to say OFFLINE.

I am beyond frustrated with this company and if this isn't resolved today, I'm leaving for another more reliable company. The claim 24/7 chat and phone but that is no longer the case as YOU CAN'T REACH ANYONE!! Doesn't matter where on their site that you click the chat button...all pages lead to OFFLINE!

Bottom line, I say look elsewhere for a reliable host because WHF can't even fix their own chat box to go online in the middle of the day, or anytime for that matter! And yes, I've tried on several different devices with the same result...OFFLINE.

Avoid the nightmare and switch to a better host

I have had a very negative experience with WebHostFace over the past 5 years. Initially, they provided good service and I was able to access all of my websites without issue. However, after their server migration in late 2022, I started to experience major problems accessing certain sites. Despite contacting support for help on numerous occasions, I was met with unhelpful responses and left feeling like I was on my own. After struggling for some time, I eventually decided to move my website hosting to another company and haven’t looked back since.
