One of best hosting provider

Just want to vouch for Webhostface. Been using their hosting for more than 2 years now and it's just awesome. Loving it till now. They provided a good hosting service for good prices with great load time. Support is Good, answers each question perfectly and quickly. I only hope for the service to continue like this and with minimal downtime.

Don't choose Webhostface

Hello,
Webhostface service is very bad, as of now I m using since 1.5 years but i think i have big mistake to choose webhostface. First they insert malware in files and then don't response and tell me take 100$ developer services. So whats intention we understand. So i will recommended don't take webhostface service. Also behavior is also bad like Ivan, Yordan and more member.

I personally reviewed your support tickets. It seems that your WordPress websites were exploited by malware on several occasions. This can only happen if there is a vulnerability in your script and it cannot happen on a server level, so I can assure you that the hosting does not cause the malware. Moreover, we have no intention or reason to infect your website, on the contrary - we wish to keep loyal customers that are happy with the service, as we stand to win more from this than a potential $100 paid for a malware clean-up. Moreover, we in no way enforce you hire us for to clean-up your malware, but we simply inform you that you have this service after seeing you have difficulty cleaning-up your sites or finding a developer to do that for you.

Usually, script vulnerabilities are caused by the usage of nulled/ cracked themes and plugins or if you do not update your software regularly. Maintaining an updated and secure application is the responsibility of the website owner or the person they employ to maintain the website.
Unfortunately, once your WordPress application has been infected, deleting the infected files is rarely enough. This is due to the fact that although the malicious software may be deleted, the vulnerability of the application still remains. That is why you are timely notified of all the vulnerabilities and you were given sufficient time to clean your account or look for a developer who can help you and we always provide detailed recommendations on how to secure your sites. You have a total of four malware tickets, which means that on four different occasions your file cleanup and security were not performed properly.

The vulnerabilities of your websites may cause serious issues for other clients, such as blacklisted IPs for spam activities and backdoors for DDoS, therefore malware issues need to be addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Although we understand that these issues cause you inconvenience, we are also obligated to protect all the customers on the server and the integrity of their service.

Don't use this company - even for Black Friday!

Bought a year's hosting in a 90% off black Friday deal last year. As their hosting plans are expensive, I did not want to renew and logged in today (three days before the renewal date) to shut the site down, only to discover they had already charged me $130!

Made three requests for a refund to their sales team, who bluntly refused to return my money and made no attempt to resolve the situation amicably. I am now being forced to escalate the dispute through PayPal and the BBB.

My advice - avoid!

Dear Laurence,

I reviewed your case and I see that your account has been renewed automatically three days prior to expiration date as it is described in our terms of service. I also checked our logs and saw that we have notified you of the automatic renewal with each payment email you have received including your initial invoice and receipt, as well as twice before the actual charge. All our emails state that all services are set to be renewed automatically unless they have been canceled prior to the renewal charge, or your automatic renewal is stopped by the client.

According to our logs, the account was never canceled and the automatic renewal was never stopped, so our system processed your renewal. As the renewals include a number of pre-paid features, as well as transaction fees, they are final and non-refundable. We have permanently removed all payment information and set your account to expire at its new expiration date.

Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague, they will fraudulently charge you for services you do not want, and then refuse to give you your money back.

While the up-time has been great, I was surprised that my paypal account was charged for over $200 when my account said clearly that I paid by credit/debit card. Since I did not want to renew my services with them, I left it at that assuming I wouldn't be charged. This clearly was a mistake.

The biggest problem I have is that after informing them, and 3 days before my service was meant to renew, that I would like the charge refunded/cancelled, they act as if this is the hardest thing in the world for them to do. Impossible in fact. I tried asking nicely, and I seem to be talking to a brick wall, so I'm left with the only option of leaving these thieves nasty reviews as a warning to potential future customers.

From what I understand your account was not canceled and got automatically renewed. As per our terms of service, all services are set to renew automatically, unless the automatic renewal is stopped or the service is canceled. We include this policy in each billing email for paid or unpaid invoices we send to our clients. If you did not receive our emails, please contact us directly so we can investigate further.

As the renewal includes pre-paid features and services, the renewals are non-refundable once processed. However, if you did not receive our notifications of upcoming renewal, or if you canceled your account before the charge, please contact us so we can discuss further the terms of a refund.

Beyond to Joke Email Services

The email services provided by WHF are an absolute joke. I get bounce back emails from outlook saying the Shared IP is blocked, so they say they will delist it.

A few days later, I get bounce backs from other domains saying the IP is listed in SpamHaus. I check SpamHaus and find it’s blacklisted for running a botnet. Support then say they will delist that, even though the listing says they need to wait a few days, until a delist Request is possible.

Then I’m recommended to buy a dedicated IP, despite already telling them I’m a non-profit service, and I don’t have the budget to buy dedicated IP’s at $60 Per Year alone, which is more than the cost of the hosting plan.

Please get your act together!
