This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Web Innovatives worked on a project (they said would take a few months) for over a year and never finished. I lost everything. They eventually stopped taking my calls. Everyone was incredibly condescending, hung up on me, and attempted to upsell repeatedly. I was advised to pay for private servers and opted to invest in other companies as my trust for them waned. Needless to say this is more money lost. Find a professional, known company to avoid losing money, time, and peace of mind. It was the most taxing experience that was awful from start to finish. If I could have handled via legal means I would have done so because they are huge scammers. There is no HR and I was even lied to about talking to the CEO. Please be careful!
