Tablets were advertised on the website as in stock, so ordered my chosen medication.
Received a phone call later on in the day, to say were out of stock and an copy was available, so had to make do with them.

Our wholesaler had promised delivery to us but failed to supply.
We contacted you straightaway on the same day to explain the situation and offered the generic equivalent at a substantial price saving.
We have know been informed that there is a world wide shortage of the branded product.
However, the much cheaper generic alternative has the same active ingredient as the branded product and we have every confidence it will be just as affective.
