Always n8n down. Every other week there is issue or problem. Very problematic. Should not have signed multiple years. Waste of money

Indian webhosting solutions are a mixed bad.I judge not just by budget but by customer care and after sales service.Both these were amazing when it came to WebSpace kit.I was using another well known hosting service for the last eleven years.That company went for a merger and ended up with horrifying customer care.I was at my wits end ,when I remembered Webspace kit whom I had used for another smaller project a year back.I signed up for tge Premium Web hosting and they offered incredible support.Both chat and email support is outstanding.I needed help with cpanel and website restore actions .Everything was done in a seamless manner and good times.I hope they continue their good work.I plan to further update about their work on my own blog.

We previously had premium web hosting, but your WebSpace Hosting team kept suspending it and insisted that we purchase VPS hosting. You also said that everything would be set up within 2 hours.

However, even after purchasing the VPS hosting, it’s still not working properly. It has been 11 days now, and nothing has been set up correctly. Every time we contact support, we only get the same response: “We will check on it and get back to you with an update soon.” But the whole day passes without any actual update — we always have to message first to ask for progress.

This is extremely poor service. It seems like your team itself doesn’t know how to handle VPS hosting. If you cannot manage it properly, then you shouldn’t be offering such services to customers.

This platform is easy to use, a layman like me can manage anything from here. Kudos to team keep up the good work

Very bad experience with Webspacekit – Beware before buying!

I had a terrible experience using Webspacekit’s services. I purchased a plan for setting up my online teaching website, but they never informed me beforehand that they would install a free Tutor LMS plugin (which anyone can install with a single click). Shockingly, they charged me ₹799 for it — despite it being completely free!

Their website clearly mentions a 30-day refund policy, but in reality, it’s like going to war to get your own money back. They literally make excuses and delay refunds. I didn’t even use their service for a single hour, yet they initially refused to refund me. After continuous follow-ups and arguments, they finally refunded — but deducted ₹1200 as a so-called “transaction fee.”

In total, they took ₹8500 from me for services I couldn’t even use for an hour. This feels like a scam. Their customer support is also disappointing — they respond actively before purchase, but once you buy, you can forget about proper support.

⚠️ My advice: Stay away from Webspacekit. Go with trusted providers like Namecheap, GoDaddy, or Hostinger — at least they don’t mislead customers like this.
