Ravi went the extra mile for us. There was a legal glitch on our side that initially made our car seem unpurchasable. We were disappointed but went home understanding the situation. A little while later Ravi called to say that he and his colleagues had continued to work on the problem and were able to buy the car after all. Awesome job!

Asking clients to sign paperwork that is not complete is not good business practice and should not be part of your process. Also, the representative could not give an explanation of why paperwork was handled in this way.
