After receiving the email offer of a price, I received a call and discussed more details of my car. I was then told due to that I should expect roughly “price”. This set my expectations and made the experience better.
Also, I felt I had a good discussion with Stuart and then in person I felt more comfortable discussing my vehicle’s value.

This company is a complete and total fraud!! They offer you an extremely high offer online and then call you saying “we had a system error’ and then cut the value not by 10/20% it was nearly in half! Total scam
