Didn't take long at all in the office and Stephen was just awesome. As they explained ahead of time, he did thorough inspection of my car which didn't take long at all. He was very thorough in explaining everything and took care of all the paperwork in a timely fashion, handed me my check and I was out the door. It was a fair price for my car and I was happy. The process is straight-forward and efficient. The representative was professional and fair. My recommendation would be to provide more transparency on the associated fees involved in selling a vehicle. There should be some footnote on the website that the quoted car value will be adjusted based on the physical review of the car and reduced by some amount for documentation fees.
