I don’t believe I was offered a fair price. The guy I worked with was nice enough but they always say that management won’t offer any more so it’s always a back and forth.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We never want any of our customers to feel upset with any facet of their appointment. We operate in a transparent, pressure-free environment where no customer is pressured to complete the deal and sell to us.
We’re sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations on price but glad we got to a number you were happy to accept. Like any reputable buyer we price vehicles based on condition. We’re not worried about small dings and dents but major issues that would compromise the mechanical, structural, or safety features of the vehicle.
Reviewing the detailed appointment notes, photos, and videos we discovered additional damage to the vehicle during our inspection that was not originally disclosed to us. Most notable were problems with the transmission and suspension noise. Unfortunately issues with the transmission are considered outside normal wear and tear and we had to factor that in when making our firm offer. Our Branch Managers are always encouraged to connect with our internal pricing team for a second opinion. That is what we tried to do when we spoke with management.
