Shawn was so easy to work with
Shawn was so easy to work with. He's a great communicator and clearly knows his job well. I was impressed with his level of experience with and knowledge of cars. His knowledge of the internal workings of his company was helpful, and the openness of both staff members present was honest, transparent, and respectful. Your representative was was calm and kind and explained everything thoroughly and was not rushed or pushy. In fact, your representative is a person I would do business again in a heartbeat. Thank you for becoming a trusted business. This was especially welcome because that was my 60th birthday and I was giving up my very first car. I only learned to drive 12 years ago!
