T experience of selling my car was excellent!
The experience of selling my car was professional and stress free. I was pleased how fast I received an estimate and how quickly I received a follow up phone call to confirm an appointment time. Upon my arrival at the center the manager met me and made me feel comfortable explaining every step of the process. The offer to purchase my vehicle was reduced considerably from the original al offer due to a significant amount of body damage but that was thoroughly explained and we were able to settle upon a mutually agreeable price. The process took away the stress and frustration of having to sell the vehicle on the open market and relieved me of having to negotiate with dishonest used car dealers. The manager, Marcus Thorton, was a pleasure to do with business with and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him soon when I will sell another vehicle.

Marcus was very nice and helpful. Honestly, I felt my offer was low and I wish We Buy Any Car would have given me more of what the value of my car was. But despite that, the experience was not unpleasant.

Customer service was on point
Customer service was on point! Both Mike and Marcus worked with me to sell my car. Pre check-in was excellent, I received reminders of my visit plus they were flexible when I had to reschedule due to a conflict. During my wait, they made me comfortable and were so relatable- we had a good laugh too! Thank you so much guys! I really enjoyed the service and meeting good people who are so humane and considerate. …. And will make you a warm cup of apple cider!!!

Good experience in East Cobb
Marcus and Mike were courteous and helpful. I got a check the same visit, and the process was not difficult.
The initial offer made on my vehicle was just about half of what I got in the online price before the visit. Maybe the company should adjust its algorithms so customers aren't expecting more than they should. The process also took about two hours which was a bit more than I was told to expect.
Overall I was happy with the experience.

While we do provide an online valuation estimate for the convenience of our customers, this is based on the limited information you tell us about the vehicle. It is not a substitute for a physical appraisal, and we always do it before we make a final offer. If the appraisal finds any issues with the car, these are always considered as part of our final offer.
Additionally, we're sorry that the process took longer than expected, and we appreciate your patience in this matter. It should taken about an hour to complete the transaction and we clearly failed to deliver on our promise on this occasion.

I would recommend a family member or friend to this store location…The manager was welcoming & friendly. He took the time to call me in the morning to confirm my appointment. He was professional in his transactions with me. I felt comfortable in his presence. He was not pushy or overbearing. He was thorough throughout the process of evaluating my vehicle. He did his best to give a fair sale valuation of the vehicle. He made sure I retrieved all my items & secured them as I left the location.
