Goodbye old friend
Understanding the task at hand while also understanding how knowledgeable someone must be about Vehicles to judge the outcome of buying someone's used car.
That's how I looked at saying goodbye to my 2007 H3 Hummer with over 180 thousand miles.

We're sorry to hear that your appointment was canceled without clear communication — that is not the experience we want for our customers, and we are looking into what happened with the scheduling.
Regarding the offer, our online valuation is based on the information provided by the customer. The final offer reflects the verified condition of the vehicle after a professional, in-person appraisal. During your appointment, our team identified 19 physical and cosmetic issues that were not reflected in the online estimate, including:
• Airbag light / SRS light illuminated
• Passenger side rear quarter panel rust
• Driver side rear quarter panel rust
• Roof panel dented (two areas)
• Front windshield cracked
• Driver side front fender dented
• Passenger side front fender dented
• Front hood chipped

• P0146 — O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 3)
• P0147 — O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 3)
• P0442 — Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (small leak)
• P0456 — Evaporative Emissions System Small Leak Detected
• P0491 — Secondary Air Injection System Insufficient Flow Bank 1
• P2188 — System Too Rich at Idle (Bank 1)
• P2432 — Secondary Air Injection System Air Flow/Pressure Sensor Circuit Low (Bank 1)
