Easy and efficient

Pleasant and efficient personnel but using an inadequate lockbox for car keys.
Andy Kathman was efficient and straightforward. I felt comfortable in dealing with him.
However, the company-provided lockbox that he attached to the car after purchase is inadequate for "smart" keys because it lacks a Faraday shield (metal lining or equivalent). This is a criticism of the equipment, not the experience or person.

Helpful
The manager at the Reading branch, explained all necessary steps of the procedure. He was professional and friendly. After the car inspection I was offered a reasonable price and left with check in hand.
