Ryan in the West Chester
Ryan in the West Chester, PA branch was excellent. He was honest and worked to get a very fair and good buyout price for our minivan. It was a smooth and efficient process. We were done in 45 minutes.

Restored customer
They use the price on the computer as a hook to pull you in, then the manager, Ryan, rudely and condescendingly berates your car down by 400 dollars, and that's what you get. He'll speak to you during the price negotiation stage as if it's an argument. You only get fake "kindness" once the transaction is complete, and they've gotten what they wanted out of you. Chase, who left, was an excellent employee, and an example of how these workers should be. After Chase, we had been repeat customers. However, Ryan turned us off from this place, and we will not be returning or recommending this branch to anyone again. It's sad that someone like him is the manager, let alone works there at all. I sure hope he learns how to treat people better, and with respect for them and their car. After speaking with Carlos my faith in your company has been restored. Thanks
