From the minute we walked into the office we were asked if we needed water or coffee. Joe explained everything that he was going to do to
evaluate our car both professionally and thoroughly. He was apologetic when it seemed like the home office was dragging their feet on approving our check. Not his fault though. The process took a little more than an hour. Probably less than a dealership.
