Excellent friendly service. Felt secure that I was being an honest fair price. Money was in my bank account before I left the building. Was even offered a hot drink and cake whilst I waited. Will use them again. Thankyou. And Thankyou Josh, very pleasant man. Great service.

I had to wait an hour but the young lady was apologetic for my wait and very polite and pleasant to deal with. My family had picked through my late wife’s jewellery and I thought taken everything of value. I didn’t think there was much worth left.

After being very apprehensive about taken the step to sell my personal possessions, on a recommendation from a friend I finally ventured forward to sell at WeBuyVintage Helmsley and was not disappointed. On arrival offered a cup of tea and biscuits whilst waiting my turn . The guy I saw was very friendly, informative and patient explaining everything he was looking for and why. The price I was offered was very good and I felt more than happy with the deal .

Christophe was very welcoming and easy to deal with. He was thorough when examining my items and offered me a fair price for all the items. The wait was longer than I expected (1 hour) but the time passed quickly chatting to the people around me. My only complaint is the poor communication from head office. I registered for the event in Hayle, which was acknowledged by text, but all subsequent texts were about an event hundreds of miles away. Even after I told them of this error they kept texting me about the wrong venue. I asked if the Hayle event was still on and rather than say yes/no I was told to look online. 10/10 for the day itself but 1/10 for head office.

The environment was very nice. And I thought it was a nice gesture, with the free coffee and cakes. Regarding the valuer named matt Ross he was excellent.
Very good communication skills and a nice smile, made you feel at ease.
Most importantly I only had a few items for valuation, and matt gave me a good valuation price.
I was very pleased, and I will certainly bring items again to we buy vintage. I will definitely tell my friends and family.

We had a really great experience with We Buy Vintage. Meaning I'd recommend using this company as you see them face to face & often locally to your area. Laura was a lovely chatty person. She was informative on all the things if needed explaining. She was very knowledgeable and admitted that everyday she's been doing this job she very rarely sees the same item twice & continues to learn about the items that she comes across. The items we took were mainly kept by them & a fair price had been paid to us via bank transfer, to which a receipt was instantly received on my mobile. Indicating payment had been sent across. It was a good turn out of people which meant we had a short wait but was filtered through speedily. It means the items will get further use instead of us trying to find homes for them.

I have not been to one of these before, so I was a little apprehensive, but reassured that I didn't have to sell anything.

I was greeted by Charlotte and we sat at a table for what seemed to be a gentle chat and we went through my bits and pieces, while she explained the values of each item.

She then gave me the totals, which were much more than I expected and we did talk about my plans for the money. She seemed genuinely interested in what I wanted to do with it.

The whole experience was a pleasure.
