Shocking communication. No update when they clearly had the information in front of them.
Called at 1345 to check our collection for the car. Was initially given, that morning, for 0900 - 1300 but was a no show. Woman snorted and laughed and said she was in talks with the driver who was in traffic and he may be able to get to us for 1600. Asked what the next slot was and she never called back.
Unprofessional, unreliable and if I had a choice, I would recommend MOTORWAY get a new car delivery company!

Sold car on motorway and car to be collected by WDC. Car was due to be collected Monday and Guv messaged on the Friday and the Monday to give me his ETA. Guv continued to keep me updated during the morning and upon arrival was very friendly, informative and professional. Inspection of the car was completed, and a test drive conducted. The whole process was very straight forward. Big thank you to Guv for making the whole process stress free and providing excellent customer service and I hope to use you in the future.

Sold car on Motorway and WDC came to collect it. Collection was easy and keep informed of when they would arrive. Man (Abid) collecting car introduce himself and showed ID and then went through process with me. He was very polite and professional and made it all easy.

I sold my car via Motorway, Jason was extremely professional, polite, kind and very helpful. I needed to change my timeslot the day before collection and Jason was able to easily work around this, which was extremely helpful. He explained the process clearly, was on time, was thorough with the inspection and test drive and waited until payment was received before leaving. Wonderful service, made the process of selling my car really simple, definitely recommend.

If you deliver a car 4 hours away and can't find you a job to go home they say it's your own fault and don't pay for your travel expenses which could be anything from 70 to 110 pounds! worst company for drivers and customers always complaints

Driver off sick, no cover, buyer having to come to me via public transport. Avoid this company - not reliable.

Overall experience of the collection of a car from me was good.

The original collection date had by We Deliver Cars to be changed on the day, but fortunately this didn't affect me.

The collection driver, Abid, was a very nice chap - polite and professional. The whole process from when he arrived didn't take long.

I doubt the reviews on here are from genuine customers - they nearly all heap praise on the driver by name in the first two sentences and use the same tone.

In our case they phoned up 2 hours before the schedule collection window to advise that the driver had called in sick. Reviews on other sites indicate this is a common excuse. The real reason is more likely bad scheduling, otherwise they have a serious staffing problem!

Obviously this causes inconvenience because we have to take time off work for the collection.

Abid was great, very friendly and helpful.

I want to praise the collection driver Keiran for his honesty, efficiency and overall relaxed demena. The evaluation and hand over of the car was made stress free. I thoroughly endorse this service.
