Terrible company. I think it is a scam. Just like the other reviews, I placed an order and paid extra for expedited shipping. As of this writing it has been two weeks and the item has not been delivered. ZERO STARS
I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with this company. I ordered a costume, and despite clearly specifying my size, I received the wrong size. When I reached out to customer service, they offered multiple counter-offers instead of addressing my primary request for a return and refund. Their communication has been unreliable and unprofessional, and they have failed to honor their own return and refund policy.
I needed the costume for a specific event, and due to their mistake, it arrived too late to be of any use. Their suggestion to keep the incorrect item and choose another costume does not resolve the issue, as I already paid for the correct size and cannot use the incorrect one.
I have repeatedly requested a return label and refund, but my requests have been ignored or met with further delays and excuses. This level of service is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled.
I would advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company, as their customer service and adherence to their own policies are severely lacking.
Order came a little late but it showed up just in time for our party. Great quality for the price and fit as expected. It's cute and durable. I'm glad i went with this site and got what i was looking for.
This is by far the worst company I have ever purchased from! I never received my package, they were rude, told me they wanted proof that I didn’t receive my order! - Not sure how I can provide proof of something I never received. The worst. You’ll be lied to, gaslit, manipulated. Whoever runs their customer service is a master manipulator. Item wasn’t shipped on time. I had to go back and forth for TWENTY EMAILS with them manipulating me only to receive half of a refund (which I haven’t received and am pretty sure it’s never coming) despite the fact I realized right away my item was not arriving within a few days but a few weeks. They are bad people. Stand up for yourselves, or companies like this will continue to manipulate good customers and further abuse them mentally. You won’t receive your item on time, and you won’t get your money back. Emailing is one sentence with them asking you questions to buy time and not answer your questions. Evil.
Ordered a vest 3 weeks ago. When I ordered it they said 3 to 4 days to arrive. Paid expedited shipping. It has been three weeks and nothing has arrived. Requested refund 6 times and they refuse. Horrible company. Make sure you never order from this company. Zero stars if it were an option.

The shipping was great. The quality was great. The color of the interior colors was a little different from advertised but overall excellent.
My boyfriend like his new suits. It's handsome! Everything is perfect except that the sleeve is a little bit short for him. But we do not want to make a return, I'd still like to recommend this site.

They will only refund the 5.99 shipping fee (I haven’t got this yet) The customer service is bad and seems like bad English as well. When asking to return, they said I have to pay a return fee and “it’s very expensive.” Because it’s in China. They offered me a partial refund but overall I’m very disappointed in this website and their poor customer service.
So my boyfriend and I ordered costumes from this place separately even paid an extra 20$ for shipping to make sure we get them in time and here it is over a week later and it still says my order is processing and his says it shipped we both have sent a few emails to the company and nothing no word so I have nothing good to say about this site actually at this moment im going to say its a scam
