Initially great then failed
I filled an application form online . Was accepted straightaway. Received a call off lovely lady called Sarah . She said if I found a van to send it through and they would try and do a deal. Unfortunately the vans I sent through they couldn't finance . I sent an email asking if they could find a van for me as it says online if your struggling to find a van we can help, but received no reply. I then contacted wfav to cancel my application. The number was linked to we fiance any car to which they said they would put me through. Call was disconnected. I tried calling again and phone was answered then out down. All contact from Sarah had stopped so not sure what's gone wrong. Everytime I phone it just gets out down on me . So for that basis I wouldn't recommend

Good for getting you a van but….
Terrible company if you have any trouble with a van through them. No reply’s to emails and don’t return calls. Had my van 6 months and it has been broken down for 2 of them months. They said they would help but don’t even call me back when promised.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. The first sale they facilitated was a dangerously faulty van where the breaks md power steering failed mid drive. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and rejected that vehicle and allowed them to sell me another from a different dealership which turned out to be an even worse experience. Had to return both vehicles to both dealerships and it was all very stressful and expensive. I would definitely not recommend we finance any van to anyone because they really do finance any old piece of scrap junk.
