Whoever is going to use these guys be careful as the warranty they use is load of crap. Really bad customer service they will get you to do finance etc once fitted that it you will be forgotten. I’ve called them to do a job last year still havnt come and sorted my problem. Never again will use this useless company.

Poor management

Second time using them. Was wanting a third room doing, but will look elsewhere. Poor organisation with the fitters and lack of email reply after installation shows lack of professionalism.

Quality customer care.

I cannot fault this company for their customer care, from design through to fitting. Bobby was polite and efficient, offered great design ideas and fully respected the changes we wanted to make. Communication was clear throughout and everything ran smoothly.

Great designer and fitter, poor surveyor

Glen the designer was lovely and listened to what I was after and tweaked the plans to make sure everything looked good for my daughters study. Gary the surveyor then came out and said the plans had to be changed as there wasn't enough support for a corner desk. Not sure how the corner desk was then meant to work? Ian came out to fit, he quickly realised the design Gary had done didn't work and that we needed an additional cupboard, he quickly got this resolved so that it didn't delay the completion which I am very grateful for. Ian has fitted me 2 rooms before and I would highly recommend. Study looks great now its finished.

Great Designs

I have had an excellent designing experience with Derric Phiri, who gave excellent suggestions and was endlessly accommodating to the changes and managed to fit into my desired budget.
Sadly, my flat purchase didn't materialise, so I had to give up on installation, but the company was extremely responsive, easy to communicate with and offers a returnable deposit before the production commences. The measuring appointment with Sufyaan was well organised and one could see the sample of the doors and the finish, as well as the chosen colours in person.
I wlll gladly go back, once I find the right property.

Fitted wardrobes

Karl, the surveyor plus the fitters, John and Paul did an amazing job! It was worth it! My new fitted wardrobes look classy. I am finally happy with my bedroom.

Furniture Fitting

From initial appointment through to fitting, all went smoothly.
Alan Keen fitter very pleasant, professional, clean and tidy throughout.

Very pleased with workmanship, love our new lounge furniture and internal wardrobe now all organised.

Fitted wardrobes - great experience

The whole experience with this company was outstanding. In particular, the fitter, Alan Keen was superb. He was very skilled and he kept the room incredibly clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them. Malcolm Slade, Swindon

We have just had 4 rooms completed by we fit any furniture and our fitter Andy. The process has been smooth and easy. Andy was brilliant and made the whole process easy. He was extremely friendly, very professional and super helpful. No job was too big or too small. I’d highly recommend him. B243095

Mixed experience

We did a lot of research on fitted bedroom companies before we decided upon Wefitanyfurniture including visiting their Stockpost showroom which we found useful. We had fitted bedroom wardrobes from them in January 2025. We are ultimately happy with the quality of the furniture that has been fitted and if we could we'd give 5 stars for Kevin the fitter who worked very hard over 2 days.

Bob was our designer and was patient with all the questions I raised to ensure that the configuraion would provide us with more space and not less than we currently had. We had to pay a separate fee for a survey after the design stage to confirm the initial  measurements taken by the designer before the materials are manufactured, The surveyor incorrectly measured the main wall and so when Kevin came to fit the chest of drawers they finished over a double socket and the remaining wall was less than anticipated so what we'd planned to put there wasn't possible (and wasn't possible elsewhere in the room due to limited layout). Fortunately, we reached a compromise to reduce the socket to a single one and Kevin was able to do this work so the job could be completed on time. There was also an imperfection with one of the wardrobe doors which was subsequently replaced 4 months later.   We managed to obtain a refund of the survey cost as it was inaccurate. This took some chasing and it is fair to say that once the money was paid and furniture was fitted that the company weren't forthcoming in contacting us or sorting out the issue which has teinted our experience.

So to summarise, our experience with the company was mixed and hence the 3 stars.

Abysmal After Sales- Zero Stars

Abysmal After Sales- Zero Stars

Since 3rd April 2025, I have been trying to get a sliding wardrobe door repaired. The 10 year guarantee means I pay £75 for the visit to repair the castor.

I requested for this to be done prior to 23rd April- they failed. Now I am trying to nail down a repair appoint date in June; They refuse and I am informed by Bruce Clarke that "... Unfortunately, we can not offer you a date at this current time due to it being 6 weeks away. " One would think- booking a repair appointment to ensure I am available is the smart thing to do.

Wefit- Once they have your money- they simply DO NOT CARE about after sales.

My advice- CAVEAT EMPTOR- DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Fantastic Company highly recommend

Fantastic Company - highly recommend.
From start to finish they were brilliant. From the first visit to the actual fitter coming to fit and install our dressing room ( which is a complex shape and tricky) all the people involved were professional and courteous and experienced. They kept us informed constantly. The finished job is wonderful and exactly what we wanted.

Horrible customer service. Great service until you pay. If there is. problem, you are hopeless

The sales and the surveyor went great, everything very smooth until someone came to fit my wardrobe when the handles were not sitting properly. When I contacted the company to get new handles, they took over 2 months to get me someone to fix them and even when the last sitter came, he left the doors even worse than they were at the beginning.
very bad response over email, nobody cares about you when you have already paid

Brilliant

From start to finish the team Jason Firmin, Daniel (the fitter) and Chris (in the office) were very professional and courteous, we had a bit of an issue regarding one wardrobe and it was sorted out quickly, my wife and I would like to say a big thanks to all the team for an excellent job we are very pleased with the workmanship and the end results we recommend this company to anyone

The whole of your team from start to completion have done an excellent job with my bedroom furniture I love it.

Feeling Ripped off. I paid £880.00 to have wardrobes…

I paid £880.00 deposit to have wardrobes installed also £84 was paid to designer. There were payments for fitter £663.00 and remaining balance for fitting on completion of project to be paid.
The fitter Kevin attended to install. He did not install the furniture to the designer’s specifications. He created a toxic work relationship by arguing with us and telling us that the designer had not designed it correctly and he had fitted how he thought would be best. However on rechecking the designer’s specifications with the surveyor the specifications were correct. They told us that it would be corrected and sent the fitters fee £663.00 to pay Kevin as we refused to part with any more money. This was paid to Kevin. Instead of correcting the issue he continued installing the side tables to the wall creating damage to our walls. Furthermore we could not access the plugs from the hole in the top as the drawers prevented access. These side table should have been free standing. When we highlighted this he then proceed to tell us we could pull out the drawers to access the plug. We advised this was not the agreement plus the drawers were not simple to remove and when the drawers were filled this would make it even more difficult.
We again call the surveyor who agreed for the wardrobes to be removed and refund my money as I would not be home and the installation would not be completed in time for our planned rental.
On returning attempts to telephone the company for refund was not possible as I could only get a recording. I then called my credit card company to get the refund. Whilst on the call we fit contacted me. They eventually told me I had to email the company’s customer service via the email they provided and they would acknowledge my email and respond. I have emailed them twice and have still almost 2 months later not had an acknowledgment of my emails much less a response.
I would avoid this company like the plague.
The installation, and customer services was dismal and I definitely would not recommend them.

On top of this the mess and damage they left to my perfect walls I have still to redo. I also had to buy some more paint costing me an extra £20 not to mention the delay and lost income as I was not able to rent out the room.
Kevin also at the beginning of the installation unloaded all the materials outside during pouring rain without utilising the protective covering given by the company to cover the materials resulting in the materials getting wet. He only covered them when I challenged it as the company had informed me that the material would be covered and they had provided tarpaulin for this.
He was also very unprofessional to my visitor who on viewing the installation advised him this was not to specification and he had a loud argument with her whilst I was on the phone with We Fit about the issue and I am sure this should have been captured on the call.
I have not had a response from We Fit to date and I am still trying to get a refund through my credit card provider.

Footnote
As this was a second bedroom being done I opted not to go with Sharps due to costs as I did for the first bedroom but in hindsight I should have stuck with Sharps as my whole installation experience was perfect with Sharps from being to end.
Avoid We Fit Any Furniture Company at all cost. It was a totally fiasco and not one to be repeated ever.

Disappointing Install

Installers did damage to my laminate floor by cutting through Antinox protective flooring and installation manager throws up a variety of non-sensical T&Cs to make out it's my fault. Then wants me to sign an NDA before they'll pay a measly half of the £300 it's going to cost to repair. I'll say no more, other than steer clear of this company aka myfittedbedroom.

Great Service and product

We contacted we fit any furniture and Keeshak came out to see us more than once and was brilliant both times. Couldn’t spend enough time with us and gave us great ideas for what would work best. We went with nearly all of his ideas. Surveyor came and confirmed/tweaked all designs and everything fit perfectly. Everything was on time which was great as we had a tight schedule with other trades working around. Only slight downside was the attitude of our fitter which wasn’t the most professional and we had a couple issues during the fitting however these have since been rectified and the workman ship in every room is excellent. In the end we have ended up with a great product and we hope the good service continues should we need their after care in the future.

Worse company ever

This is for anyone trying to fit their bedrooms with this company. I did three bedrooms with them after covid was over and I was told I have 10 years guarantee. Now, most of the doors and the drawers came out and broke. When I phoned the company I was told that I need to pay over £250 as their staff are self employed and to pay for item replacement . I was not told about this before I signed up in doing my bedrooms. The payment of the staff should be the companies problem and not my own. I have been trying to get in contact with them for several weeks after my initial phone call I was told someone will get back to me however I am now getting ignored and no one has phoned or responded to my email. Please spend some more money and go to a different company, this company will scam you out of your own pocket.By the way they keep changing their company name.
