Everything was easy, shipping was very quick, have not received item yet but expecting today/tomorrow so cannot currently review that but happy with my order so far.
Placed my order after reading they deliver in 1-3 days. Also state they are based in Ireland. Chat, WhatsApp and phone conveniently don’t work. A shambles of a company. Avoid.

Stay away from WeightWorld.
I placed an order #55649465 a month ago, and not only did the shipping take longer than parcels from China, but the order also arrived incomplete.
As soon as I opened the package, I could see that one product was missing. I recorded a video immediately and contacted customer service. They apologized and told me that the missing item would be sent out.
Weeks passed and nothing arrived. After contacting customer service again, they blamed the postal service and assured me the product would arrive within 2–3 days — which, of course, never happened.
When I contacted them once more, the support agent checked the original tracking number and claimed the order had been delivered. Yes, it had — but only the first product. The missing item was never delivered.
I then requested a refund for the undelivered product, but I received no response at all.
I do not recommend this company.

Day 9 of no delivery!! Please do not buy off this company totally false advertising with next day delivery. Pure scam below is the message I received extremely poor customer care!! Please AVOID
I completely understand your frustration, and I hear you loud and clear—waiting 9 days only to receive an update like my previous one is not good enough. You have every right to expect better service and more proactive communication from a company you’ve chosen to shop with.

The products are good, but I haven’t received my last order in 12 days, and every time I send an email asking about it, I get random replies or responses about my previous orders. I’ve sent several emails, and the situation remains the same — it seems like a fake company.

Hi I am sorry to say I cannot use the vitamins I ordered I assumed they would suit me as they appeared to free from additives that would irritate my IBS unfortunately that did not happen. I took a week off and tried again just to make sure it was the vitamins and it had the same result. Marie

WeightWorld's website is a dream to navigate and what impresses me is the amount of information available describing their products which helps enormously in deciding what to purchase.
WeightWorld's products are great value for money and better still they are long dated.
Delivery was superfast on both occasions that I purchased products.
