Had to fix itwith a hammer!
the pan is actually non-stick but got burned and stained pretty quickly in the middle because the bottom is CONVEX. I had to take a hammer to it to make it flat!

Do not buy! Terrible pan and experience.
This is a scam, terrible pan that is not non-stick at all. It was delivered in a battered box 2 or 3 weeks after ordering. I tried it once and asked for a refund, but of course, this is 'not a part of their policy'. They display reviews on their website that look like TrustPilot reviews that are not. Steer clear and do what you can to let others know that they should not buy these pans.

I regret this purchase completely
I regret this purchase completely. The delivery took far too long, and the product quality is extremely low. I wish I had read the comments before ordering. To make matters worse, the second delivery has still not arrived.

Poor quality and tinny
Poor quality, not what they suggest in the write up. Took over 10 days to arrive poorly packaged and looks tinny. It was difficult to track, no updates.

Same closing down sale for months
They have advertised the same "closing down sale - today only" for months. I ordered 2 pans, only 1 arrived requiring assembly and not as one piece as advertised. The pan came with Chinese care instructions and no Weissmann & Co branding on any of the packaging. I have asked for refund but so far was told the product I received was as expected.

Parcel not delivered
This is a scam. They said my parcel was out for delivery but they don't give a tracking number. No response to my emails either. It appears that the parcel is still in China and nowhere near the UK. I paid via PayPal so I have started a case against them to get my money refunded. Please be careful.

The tracking link in Weissmannco does not work.
The Yodel tracking app requires a Parcel number and Parcel name, which have not been provided, so I can’t get it to work. Otherwise, the delivery app is more complicated than it’s competitors.
